Ratings_icons Top Notch! Excellent Customer Service! Outstanding Copies & Equipment

Annie D.

I have been a customer of King's Copy Center since the very first one opened in Claremont. The pride of ownership, the quality of customer service and careful planning to accomodate the customers is outstanding!

When you walk into any of the King's Copy Centers you know you made the right choice in giving them your business. Each store carries the same theme. All the furniture, the computer stations, the self serve area and stationery isles are set up to look just like all their other stores. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the quality of copy reproduction is superb.. the owner has fully functioning computerized machines that do eveything but help you out of the car when you arrive!

Any number of us have printers at home that can copy, fax and scan but it is costly to have these machines. You have to buy paper, ink cartridges & use your own electricity.. and what if it breaks??? The printer/copy/scanner I own is a simple desktop but the cost to keep it functioning is more than what I spend at King's... and I go often! Why would I want to waste my hard earned money on this little machine when I can relax, and have someone else do the work for me at a fraction of the price? Makes sense to let the employees do it!

Ratings_icons Not so much the king

A brief experience would be enough to convince me that other places are worth consideration.

While there is not stark fault, rather but the comparison to other businesses.

As a copy center, the technology seems to be outdated when compared to Kinko's while the prices are too nearby for any advantage in savings. While copyright doesn't appear as much of an issue, the quality of blown up pictures suffered dramatically. While King's is fine for regular copies, do not expect much for much in regards to other tasks.

As an office supply store, its prices were comparable to large depots like Staple's or Office Depot, but King's lacked the variety of wares. Not discouraged in this area, but not recommended either.

The only good note were the staff, which were pleasant and helpful, and eager for the business.

Bottom line: Average place for supplies and copies, but not recommended for blown ups.
