Been a patron since HODAD'S opened in the parking lot next to the Lifeguards station. You can't beat the burger's and fries and a drink. Some day the Lord willing, I'll move back their.

Hodad's is funky and has the best darn burgers in Ocean Beach, or the City of San Diego for that matter. The interior of the restaurant is also fun, with an international array of license plate frames tacked up all over the walls. For a special date, site in the old VW and share a shake. The staff is always fun and friendly, and usually a little bit edgy. Do you self a favor and go to Hodad's NOW!

For hamburgers that are practically impossible to eat (unless your nose starts at your forehead) and killer fries, check this spot out. Any OB native can tell you that Hodads is the best around. How many license plates can you read in one sitting?

- Second best burger in town. Located in Ocean Beach. This place is more of a surfers grill only one block from the ocean. Burgers are big and sloppy. If you ask for bacon, you get thick slabs of pork tossed onno skimping at this place!! Great milkshakes as well and they do have beer.
