The owner is unprofessional, extremely rude, and a dishonest businessman. He has no respect for customers. He did not listen to what we had to say and did not give us a chance to complete our sentences. Overall, a very unpleasant experience.

AVOID this store at all costs! The wife of the owner is an irate, bitter, and psychologically damaged person. Her idea of customer service is continuous screaming on the phone! Go to Sears, or Best Buy instead, where you will be respected and treated with dignity.

Saddleback Appliances has been in business since 1955 and has not achieved such longevity through poor customer service. In fact, we value good customers and word of mouth is where most of our customers still come from! Sadly, what this customer chose NOT to tell you was that the initial sale was made out of policy. I had our Sales Manager call her to let her know that the inexpensive counter top microwave that she purchased did not qualify for free delivery 20 miles from our store. He explained that she could come to the store and pick it up or pay the $25 for delivery. She did not accept that and asked to speak to his boss; and that happened to be me. Charlotte N. proceeded to tell me that I WAS going to deliver the microwave as was agreed with the sales person. As I tried to explain why we could not deliver it - she told me to stop talking and listen to her. I got upset like a normal human being and for that I apologize. I offered to return her money and we promptly did.

Tried to get an idea on repairs. Insisted that I pay $59 to come diagnose. Asked if I gave them a specific repair I needed to have done, could I get an estimate of the cost. It was impossible. They said they had to diagnose first even though I would give them the exact diagnosis so they could give me a quote. Stubborn and not willing to do anything unless I paid them to come out first. I was trying to see if I even wanted to consider hiring them first. Now I won't. Bragged that they were an authorized servicer for KitchenAid so I guess they think we are all a captive client, which I will not be unless they are willing to compete.

I purchased a washer and dryer from them in 2007 and put them on my list when I started looking for appliances for the kitchen. The quote they gave me was very competative, and I utimately decided to purchase from them based on my passed experience and their service. Everything is installed and finished now and I am very satisfied.
