4 Stars: The Ultimate Bran Muffin (by Kate H.)

Zen Bakery is famous for their super fiber-rich baked goods. None contain refined sugars or flours and all are incredibly dense. Without exaggeration I would estimate each full size bran muffin to weigh half a pound. I really do like their low fat blueberry mini bran muffins and the rasberry mango variety also, but one full size muffin is enough for a few days..I don't know what would happen if you ate the whole thing...scary! This is more of a storefront with coffee service than a full bakery, but it's fresh as can be and conveniently located.

PROS: Healthy healthy healthy..and tasty
CONS: not a wide selection...really only for muffins, not a true full bakery

4 Stars: (by Rodney F.)

A health conscious bakery for those with a sweet tooth but an eye on calories and ingredients. A delicious range of muffins sweetened with fruit juice and made with real fruit are available. You can order pastries to take away or to eat in, accompanied by an espresso drink or coffee. Bakery hours are limited and the shop is open only for short durations.
