Touch Of Class Florist

I'm not sure what the quality of flowers are, from this florist -- only because I never recieved my order. They were extremeley late in their delivery and every time I would call to ask when the flowers would arrive they would say 20 more minutes. This went on for about 5 hours and the flowers never arrived. In addition, the sales person on the phone was rude and unhelfpul. Her response to my having to wait so long was, " well, duh, i cant control traffic". I was very disappointed to never have received the flowers -- that were a gift and the owner of the store took no responsibility for this. Not even a refund.
