Ladera Heights Cleaners

I just came from LH Cleaners. The young lady who helped me out did everything she could to make my experience a GREAT one! She greeted me with a smile and a joke! Never had that happen at a cleaners before... next she fitted me for my suit alterations then gave me her professional opinion on how I looked. When it came to pricing, they were $8.00 cheaper than the cleaners I had been giving my business to. Not to mention the service was much MUCH better! First impressions go a LONG way with me. I am a business owner myself and understand the importance of Great customer service. I am very critical of the way businesses treat their consumers. LH Cleaners definitely gets it!!! In a struggling economy people are looking to get the most for every dollar spent. I recommend to all !!!

I recently decided to actually dust off my old winter coats and take them to the cleaners for the start of the cold season. I took my coats to a cleaners that was recommended by a good friend, Ladera Heights Cleaners and Laundry, and must admit that they have great service. They were courteous and actually asked me when I wanted my clothes back versus the normal response of we can have it ready on Friday. Upon my return to pick my coats up, the person helping me was very pleasant and had everything ready in minutes. My winter coats look like new, versus shopping for new clothes during these tough economic times and not only did I receive a great price from my comparison to other local cleaners, but was offered a special to introduce my friends to their store. If you recommend a friend, and your friend spends $15 or more on their initial visit, you receive $10 off your next visit. I think I know enough people to recommend and we all win.

You will love the Ladera Heights Cleaners & Laundry. The prices are great. The customer service is outstanding. Your clothing will look brand new. They do excellent work. The staff is very friendly and professional. You will not regret it.

Ladera Heights Cleaners is a very good cleaners . They are very affordable to go to . You get your clothes back in a reasonable amount of time, and they have good quality work.
