I went into the store in SLO with one intention: to find a resolution to a horrible replacement protocol by raising hell if need be. Please keep in mind my rating when I tell you I was indeed PISSED (for lack of a better word) when I arrived at the corner of Osos & Mill. After four phone calls with no reasonable resolution, I decided to drive down from Templeton to SLO on Friday after work to take care of this in person. Back-story: Three phone replacements since November 2010. Three! And I was simply not going to accept a 4th replacement of the same phone, use my upgrade early, nor pay Asurion to get a different phone. I talked extensively with my ??dear friends? in tech support two days prior & they assured me I would only have the same device as a replacement. UNACCEPTABLE, as I knew I would only have the same problems. My ??smart? phone pretty much functioned as an expensive clock. Fast forward to yesterday: I entered the SLO store while still on yet another call with tech support & was helped in record time, 20 minutes. Anyone that has been helped in the SLO store knows that a 20-minute wait is pretty much unheard of; typically the wait is very long. An extremely competent and knowledgeable man by the name Brenden Robertson assisted me with my device issues. I arrived at the store at 5:30pm and did not leave until at least 8pm. During that window of time, Brenden not only busted his ass to see that I was taken care of by talking to both the tech and warranty departments, performed diagnostic tests on my phone, but actually stayed helping me for about an hour and a half after his scheduled time to get off work. This was most appreciated by me, as I was not passed off to another employee and therefore I did not have to explain everything all over again. Because of Brenden & with the help of the manager on duty, Josh Potter, an amicable resolution to my phone issue was found. Both of them were polite, courteous, and handled themselves in such a way that exemplified the greatest customer service I have seen in a long time. Furthermore they also had to put up with me and I was prepared to cause a large scene in that store had no reasonable solution been concluded. Finally, I want to point out that I had a legitimate gripe with Verizon and I warn anyone that is just trying to scam them for a deal for a different replacement that is not something they often do. If you have a genuine problem with a device and you are lucky enough to be helped by Brenden, take it easy on the kid, I assure you he will help you to the most that is humanly possible.

This location is one of their main stores in the area so as you can imagine it is huge. They offer a phone type to fit anyones needs or budget. They make some of the leading tech phones too, like picture phones! They always have a special going on and their phone plan choices are great!
