I've been on a big ramen kick lately and got ramen here after work one night a couple weeks back. It's good, got the one with veggies and really enjoyed the egg soaked in soy sauce, but truely it's the pork broth that makes it taste so good and be addicting. My friends eat at this small spot frequently.

Huge bowls of noodle soups for great prices. The menu is very pork and shellfish-heavy, so kosher-style diners, beware! (And the spicy soup is really genuinely spicy.) For everyone else, though, enjoy the extensive menu, speedy service,

Having spent some time eating noodles across Japan, I was delighted to discover this gem in a mini-mall in West Los Angeles. Yokohama Ramen is a tiny restaurant which makes the most authentic Yaki Soba I've eaten since Tokyo. I have had it, conservatively, 30 times and it gets better and better each time. A plate full of delicious noodles in a mild sauce with chicken. It is a true taste of Japan. They also specialize in ramen noodle bowls and specials of the day which have includes many versions of fish. The wait staff is friendly and smiling and always happy to greet you. There are always a lot of Japanese customers, which always makes me feel homesick for Asia. Beware though, they are closed Tuesday nights (which I found out the hard way one Tuesday evening when I had to turn around and go home soba-less).

this place has the best ramen deal i've seen in LA so far. you can get a large bowl of soup noodles for $6-7.

noodles are actually a minor ingredient in the bowl, with the major ingredients being whatever other ingredients you asked
