Comfort Dental

This place is terrible!!!! My daughter worked there for many years, and complained to me on numerous occasions of the dentists making up work that didn't need to be done, filling teeth that didn't need filling, charging for deep cleanings that were unnecessary, and on and on. I'd say it's pretty bad when one of your own employees doesn't think enough of the dentists she works for to let them work on her own teeth. Thankfully for me, I learned early on that the dentists in this outfit are NOT to be trusted with your mouth or your money!

I've been to comfort dental a bunch of times and thought that the Doctors and staff were very polite and professional. They were on time with me and the billing has never been a problem. I would recomend this office to anyone.

While the reviews might reflect their experiences they do not reflect mine. Comfort Dental is what it is. They don't have a fancy office and they see a lot of people, but I know the price is right. I have "bad" insurance and they are one of the few offices that will see me. I guess if I want fancy and more attention I should pay for better insurance. I'm just glad they will see me. All the doctors seemed nice and competent.
In my business, I find the complainers usually owe money. Just a thought.

Word of warning: The techs at Comfort Dental don't understand the phrase, "I'm not numb yet!". I had them do 3 crowns, and I left in TEARS each time they worked on me! Then, they didn't bill my insurance for over a full year, and then out of the blue sent me a bill for the full amount due (on the three teeth that by then I'd had to go to another dentist to have fixed properly after they bungled the work) and gave me 2 weeks to pay before they sent me to collections. Nice folks...not!

They push hard to sell services that you don't really need, and they do the bare minimum for you. I had a partial cleaning, and when the tech was finshed, she didn't bother wiping the gunk off my face or glasses or anything. She just whipped off the bib and sent me over to the cashier. I had to ask where the bathroom was so I could clean myself up, and they were not happy about my stopping to do that before I paid that installment of my bill.

Client care comes a distant second to making money with these folks. Stay far, far away from them if you can!

The only way I would return to a Comfort Dental is in an extreme emergency...and even then I would think twice.

PROS: Convenient if you have no other place to go.
CONS: Billing practices, selling practices, BAD customer care!

in my opinion, comfort dental is no better than perfect teech. Both places have poor customer services, long waiting time, inaccurate billing, and poor quality of services. I would avoid go there again in the rest of my life. Comfort dental is not comfortable at all. It is quite misleading. In short, don't go to comfort dental if you have other choices.
