Dean's Sprinkler Svc

I'm very pleased with the service that I got from Dean's Sprinkler Service. The technician came out fixed a leak on that unit on the side of the house. I just moved into the house and needed some help figuring out the system so he showed me how to use the timer and winterize it myself.

They showed up at the wrong time and did unapproved work anyway and wrote us a bill for $100+ dollars. I'm still fighting the bill with little hope. People in the office are not cooperative at all!

Dean's installed a sprinkler system in my about two months ago and it has worked great. They just came out to winterize it and the technician was very nice. Any time I have ever called in, someone answered the phone and was very helpful.

Thanks Dean's Sprinkler Service for always doing a phenomenal job on servicing my sprinklers, I will never use another company! I am going to tell all my friends about your wonderful service

Repairman was in a rush, spent 10 minutes at the house did a good job on the items he worked on but missed several problems with the sprinklers and took forever to get them back out to do the job right the second time -- I would never use them again.

Watch out for the $10 fuel surcharge - even when the distance is very short -- it is just a trick to take more money from the customers.

I am VERY dissapointed with Dean's Sprinkler Service. I initially recieved an estimate from them regarding having a new sprinkler system put in and although the price seemed high they said how great the service was, etc. I went with them because they said they could get the job done in a timely manner. THEY DIDNT! The job was poor and it took forever. I would NOT recommend them to anyone! They are both overpriced and not efficient !
