E-mail contact to the Advising department is reliable

In my consideration of colleges to attend for nursing school, I have contacted the Advising department of this college for some basic information on a couple courses. While they don't provide in-depth advising via e-mail (understandably), my e-mail was answered within 48 hours and I was given quite a bit of basic information on where to look for what I needed. In addition, they invited me to come in for a face-to-face appointment.
