Bubbles under the new ownership have really went to great lengths to make me feal wanted as a customer! From Jerri, Jon, Josie and all sales persons I feel like they are there to serve me and help any way they can! I really like the rewards program and have NEVER seen this in a liquor store anywhere! THANK YOU BUBBLES EMPLOYEE's

To the previous poster, I find it hard to believe that Castle Rock Liquor had a better selection of beer brands and sizes than Bubbles. I dare you to tell all of us the name of the brand in question. Its nice to go to a clean, well-lit store compared to the small, smelly ones with the owner/manager watching tv behind the counter. Frankly, I never had a problem with Bubbles' previous owners. The discounts do seem a little bigger now. That's the only difference I've seen.

I don't think these guys will ever get there act together. They have a few items that are well priced and then they smack you with something they think you won't know. Last time I went in the first 2 people that tried to help me were pointing to products I had no interest in. Bad customer service, poor selection and too pushy.I wont be back.

Bubbles has a great selection and the prices are lower then any other stores I have visited. I like to be able to get in and out without having to wait in long lines and listen to the employees stories. Bubbles makes it quick.

I have been going to Bubbles for years and have never had an issue. The selection is wonderful and the prices can't be beat! They now carry Absinthe for example. I like the rewards program too.

My parents, who live in Boulder, make sure they always stop at Bubbles before heading to our house. I have been a customer, since Bubbles opened. In the past, it seemed the customer service had been lacking. Now, with the new owners, it seems they are really trying to work on helping out the customer. The cashiers seem a lot friendlier and do provide service with a smile. I like the fact that they now are displaying clearance items...I don't think I ever had seen that before with the previous owners. The selection is still top notched and I do believe they have even added some new choices in the wine section. Love that there is now a rewards program, too!

As for previous posts complaining about having to show i.d., every time they go to Bubbles. I really don't have an issue with them asking (and they know who I am). Yes, it can be a pain and yes, they know I am over 21. However, they are covering themselves, since they had been busted a few years back for selling to a minor. Personally, I'd rather have this inconvenience then to have them close down due to not making sure someone was of age. If you are of age, then it shouldn't be a big deal.

Stopped by Bubbles as I was in a rush. Wow, what a difference the new owners have made! The staff are really helpful and the prices look hard to beat! Same huge selection.

Looking at the other reviews, they refer back to the old owners and management. Definitely worth giving Bubbles another visit now!

In a small home town, you would think they would not want to offend. Yes to those who feel the need to point out the law, However being a human is natures law. The complaints are truely about customer service in a small town.
I have not had anything but helpful service- but I am 40 and look 20. I am use to being on the firing line for up to 3 id's from many places. Bubbles is great if they are slow. Otherwise, bring your id and do your homeowrk before you go!

But they said NO.. we only carrie the quart bottle??? So I took my self and my MONEY down to Castle Rock Liquor and they ordered for me that day. WOW customer service?? a new idea I guess. Wont be back at Troubbles any time soon.

I am a 71 year old soon to be great grandmother for the first time. My purse was stolen while I was at a mall in Aurora last month. I had no ID and went to Bubbles to buy a couple of bottles of champagne to bring to a family celebration. We had just heard the news that we were going to be great grandparents! When I got to the register and was asked for my ID and told the cashier what had happened, I was told without an ID I could not make the purchase. I spoke to someone who I thought may have been a manager and he said the same thing and advised me to go to another store where the policies may be different. The people at Bubbles know me because I am (or was) a regular customer since they first opened and I pointed this out but to no avail. I left Bubbles and went to the little family owned liquor store next to King Soopers and bought the champagne and it was only $1 per bottle more than Bubbles. I have been a regular customer there ever since. It is worth it to pay a few extra dollars and keep a nice family in business than to have to deal with the Bubbles folks who cannnot bend "the owners policy". I can understand asking for an ID when you are not certain of an age but come on now...I am old as dirt!! Thanks for reading.
