I stayed for two days and there service was nothing less that terrific!!! I was waiting to move into my new home, I had alot of faxing and phone calls to make they made sure I had access to a fax and there computers in the busssines center. The rooms are huge and the Resturant Rudy's has great food and offer roomservice!!! The even have a nice gym to work off those delicious breakfasts they offer! Its a family owned place I would recommend this place to all people traveling to colorado springs with thier families!! I would like to thank the General Manager for all his help in my stressfull time

I stayed here for a week while I was starting a new job and looking for a more-permanent place to live. Honestly, it's not in the best part of town, but at the same time, take that with a grain of salt and realize that it's just as safe as anywhere else so long as you don't go around at 10 PM skipping and waving money around. So, I don't think the neighborhood is necessarily a negative.

The hotel itself is old a bit run-down, but the housekeepers were fantastic and very helpful. The people at the front desk ran the gamut from excellent to confused beginner. Tip: I got my first 7 nights online. Got a really good rate, but ended up having to extend my stay another 2 nights. If you run into something like this, try and work with either the owners or their son -- they know the most about the computer system and instead of charging me a higher rate (like I was quoted by another worker), I got the much cheaper internet rate.

It's a good place for sleeping and staying temporarily. Nothing fancy (at all), but the coffee's decent and you can get toast, fruit, and/or a sweet roll. You get what you pay for, and I was happy with what I got.

We stayed at this Ramada Inn in Feb-05. We asked for a non-smoking room but the room clearly had been used as smoking room in the past because the air was thick with smoke smell. Since we had to leave as soon as we checked in, we didn't think the smell was too bad at first. But when we came back the smell was unbelievable but it was too late in the night to ask for another room. They may just stick us in another that would be 10x worse. Everything smells of smoke including bed sheets and the air vent. All our clothes and bags smell like smoke when we left there.

Cons: smells, unfriendly
