The dealership advertises one price on their website, and a completely different price on Craigslist, the lower of the two (Craigslist price) they do not want to sell the car for. Getting a response from Jacob or Eric takes an eternity; Eric says he'll call you right back, then leaves for the day, Jacob says he'll find out the pricing issue and get back to you, which somehow takes 30 hours.
The "incorrect" Craigslist price, has been advertised on five separate occasions, none of them "fixed" or deleted after being questioned.

After looking further, the same car, but with just over 100,000 miles (Suss' had 94,000 miles) was for sale in the same Denver area for $3600, compared to Suss' $6481 (Craigslist price of $5981).

As a precursor: The events took place in the following order: I had financing pre-approved for that particular car before I ever visited the lot, made an offer, they came back saying $6200 was the lowest they would go, left and went home, found the ads on Craigslist, and got nothing but the run-around from that point on. Needless to say, they still have the car. :)

I have always had a great experience with SUSS and their service department. Jim Mitchell, has helped me several times and has always provided GREAT SERVICE going beyond what was expeted and needed.

I have always had a good experience with the Suss service department. Todd Blistein has been my service advisor. He is always friendly, knowledgable, professional, prompt and goes out of his way to make my experience a positive one every time I am there.

I went to Suss Pontiac yesterday, I was there at the direction of General Motors Jim Mitchell the service advisor was rude, the service manager stood in the doorway to his office and called my friend who came to pick me up foul names that it wont allow me to write on this website. Suss refused to look at my 2008 Pontiac Solstice, which is under warranty. If you have to buy General Motors vehicle do it somewhere other than Suss Pontiac.

I have been taking my cars in to suss pontiac /buick/gmc for several years and have had nothing but fantastic service, from shuttle rides to and from home and work, to giving me estimated times of completion within 15 min. my experience has been nothing short of perfect.

Much to my complete surprise, upon arriving at the dealership, I was greeted with a friendly smile, and a courteous welcome to the showroom. I was asked several questions regarding my vehicle needs, and was shown the exact car that fit the bill. No pressure was applied, even though I said that I needed to "think" about my purchase.Kudos to the sales staff, and the ownership for making my buying experience a pleasant one....Will certainly be back, as well as recommend you to all of my circle of friends...

I'd just like to say I've been going to Suss service since 1996 and each time I've had great service. I've bought 5 cars and again i was treated wonderful. from parts to sales my experience has exceed my expectation. and At Suss they have stopped charging dealer handling Thank you Suss Pontiac GMC

my extended warranty was running out on my cadillac sts and i went to suss pontiac because they were close to my home... they extended my warranty and gave me a great price on it....much better than the cadillac..dealers i called....they also offered a no interest payment plan for one year out of my credit card....i will be buying my next car from suss buick pontiac gmc...

Very poor service. I was overcharged, treated rudely and lied to. The cost of my car wasn't even close to what I was told it would be. I was so stupid for buying a car there in 2001. Since then, I have bought 2 new cars and you can be sure they did not come from Suss. The service department was even worse. My car was returned to me with more problems than it had when I dropped it off.
