Living up in the mountains our mechanic options are very limited. Doing some research I came across the Toyota Doc and was interested by all of the positive feedback that many of you had already written. From the very beginning I felt apreciated as a customer and was confident in my decision to drive 100 miles to get our Highlander repaired. Oscar was very professional and delivered a loaner for the day, which was really a great way to pass the day in Denver. The work was completed and within our projected budget. They even made a house call when we discovered one of the check engine lights had come on during our drive home. This truly was a gem in the often dirty world of car repair!
I started bringing my Corolla in here on a recommendation; I'll keep going back because of their service! Jimmy & crew treat me wonderfully, don't talk down to me because I'm female, and don't rip me off like other service spots. I have encouraged all my "TOY" buddies to go see Jimmy and CO. They are upfront about the work needed or not needed. If you call for an appointment, better be ready to be down there sometimes within the hour! Don't worry about getting back; they'll drop you off. How many of us remember when this type of service was the norm; now it's an added plus in today's society. I can't sayenough good things about Toy Doctor and the great folks who are there. I usually take my cars to the dealer for maintenance. I decided to give Toydoctor a try when my wife's 2003 Lexus was due for a timing belt and 90k mi. service. I left the car at the Parker Rd. location and Jimmy kept me informed about everything they found. The car was ready on time and there were no surprises. The Toydoctor crew did a great job on the car - I know, because I'm a motorhead and verified everything when I got home. My wife is happy and I'm confident the work was done right and car is reliable for her as she tools around town. Thanks guys - I'll be back.

Toy Doctor has amazing service from some of the nicest people I have met. They are always courteous, helpful and friendly. They offer quality work at resonable prices. I would recommend them to anyone who drives a Toyota or Lexus. I have had many problems with large dealership shops and even some independent mechanics, but Toy Doctor has never tried to take advantage of me and has actually helped me prove a defect to Toyota Headquarters after the Stevinson dealership tried to cover it up. Thanks to Toy Doctor we were able to get a complete refund for the $10,000 we had to spend on engine repairs due to the defect. Switch to Toy Doctor now!

This place is awesome. I needed my brakes done on a snowy Monday. They slipped me into their schedule, gave me a free shuttle ride to my office downtown, called me with some additional repairs my Camry needed, finished the work by 3:00 p.m. The Toy Doctor shuttle driver called me and picked me up from work to bring me back to their shop on Parker Road. They are honest, friendly and thorough. I don't know how they could have impressed me more. I will happily recommend Toy Doctor to anyone I know that has a Toyota or Lexus.
