My husband and I would like to thank you sincerely for the unparalleled service, concern and throughness shown with respect of our car. Our problem was one of those inconsistent, intermittent thinks that became all too real when it stranded us, yet hard to diagnose because it would not always happen. One towing later and even supplied with a rental car, we were treated with utmost service. Under Sheldon's experet direction, the technicians continued to search for the problem, and Rick in the service Dept. kept us fully informed, up to date and clear about what was being done. Total courtesy and over-the-top care were displayed by everyone in every facet of keeping us going while our car was in the garage and getting our car back to us fixed properly. We will always be faithful customers of this long-time family run business. This is the kind of service a customer looks for and only hopes to find. We are so grateful to have Stan's Auto in our area, and we highly recommend it to everyone! This is what truly bulids a credible and ethical reputation, and Stan's IS the BEST! These guys did some work for me, but I will never be back again. Their labor is exorbitant. $85/hr. Their turn-around on vehicles over 15 years old is horrible. Parts are over-priced. They charge substantially more for the same parts that any yahoo can pick up at the local NAPA. At least 50% more. Avoid these guys and go some where else.

My car broke down on Hwy 287 one night after midnight. I called Stan's Auto and they had a tow truck there within an hour. they towed my car to their shop, and had an estimate for me by 9am the next morning. While they listed a bunch of things I didn't care to fix, they also fixed my vehicle and had me back on the road by 2pm. Thanks Guys!! (There's a hot hot hot blonde girl who works there too)

I took my Jeep w/ over 150,000 mi. and 15 years of age in for a brake inspection and to replace a blown fusible link. After over a week in their shop, they failed to notice a bad caliper and tried to charge me full price for their poor diagnosis. They tried to sell me things I didn't want or need. Labour rates are exorbitant, and parts prices are inflated. Always another reason to hold my Jeep for ransom. There are many other service shops in Loveland. Avoid this one.
Pros: They were willing to tackle problems other mechanics wouldn't touch.
Cons: Wanted to do an entire vehicle restoration, and all I wanted was to make sure the necessities worked properly.
