Lindell Spas delivered a two-year-old floor model instead of the brand-new model that I ordered. I paid top price. i ordered six weeks in advance. When the spa was delivered and I questioned worn aspects of its appearance, I was told, "Oh, every spa we get spends a little bit of time on the showroom floor." This "new" spa leaked right away, had its side removed and its insulation torn out. It was refilled repeatedly at my cost, and still it wasn't repaired. It wasn't until I visited the showroom and saw the shining, unblemished new model on the showroom floor that I realized what had happened. Corporate headquarters confirmed my suspicions, telling me that, based on my product serial number, I had a two-year-old spa.

After much unpleasantness, Lindell finally gave me the new spa that I had ordered after I went through several layers of management at corporate headquarters. The owner of Lindell Spas was particularly unpleasant, even hanging up the phone on me. I have verbatim notes of his last exchange with me if anyone is interested. Indeed, when my second spa's pump failed within one month of initial use, he charged me a trip charge, saying that he had already been out to my place plenty of times--even though it had been for an entirely different (bait-and-switch) tub. It is my opinion and the opinion of everyone I talk with that Lindell should have begun servicing the second spa as if it were the first spa I had ever received.

Lindell provided me with a cracked filter when it delivered the second spa and refused to provide me with an uncracked filter when I complained, saying that I might have dropped the filter myself.

Based on the unethical delivery of a 2-year-old floor model, the unpleasantness of getting the dealer to give me what I had actually ordered, the rudeness of the owner (including a phone hang-up), the refusal to provide warranty service without a trip charge when the second tub had a pump failure, and the delivery of a cracked filter with the new tub, I WOULD RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS DEALERSHIP ENTIRELY.
