My company hosted their annual Holiday Party here. It was such a unique location to host a party and everyone really enjoyed themselves. The wood floors against the white walls with art all around really is a nice setting and makes for good conversation. Be aware of the kind of art displayed if you are with a modest group- some of it can be a little off the wall! This museum had a room large enough to hold a large group standing where we were able to address the entire party at once.

Centered right in the middle of the Downtown Boulder action BMoCa is quick visit for your culture fix. Although small in size it has a great curator who brings in some cutting edge work. The exhibits change often enough that repeat visits are worthwhile. It also has a theater upstairs that brings in interesting artists from Karen Finley to local chanteuse Ethelyn Friend. All in all a lot of art in a small package.

PROS: Centrally Located, great exhibits and shows, resonable membership
CONS: small and sometimes not so well lit
