Hello, I cant believe erico has rating they do!! my entire experience with erico was HORRIBLE!!! Starting with the purchase, I had a loan pre-approved through my bank, all I needed was a total purchase price and off to the bank I went. After getting a bank drafted check with the total I was told, I receive a call from the gal in financing with a message that the total wasn't correct!! of course it was more!!Then there was the old manager in the service dept. total RAT and erico backed everything he said and did 100% like his sh%t couldn't stink! weather he was right or WRONG!! Whats worst is the new manager is NO BETTER!! There were so many service issues there isn't enough space to list them all! but 1 example was a power commander install and dyna tune, they did the "so-called" work and proceeded to give me a bike that stalled out left and right!! I confronted them immediately and was told "that's the way its supposed to run, WHAT!!! finally out of complete frustration I took the bike to fastermotorsports and there tech proceeded to preform another tune (using the same brand equipment) and wallah!!!!! ran like a champ!!!! when I confronted erico with this I was then told yes there was a problem with there dyna tuner (plugged filter was what I was told) and was givin my money back, well SORT OF!! they gave me $400 in store credit!!!!! RATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also, I FIRMLY BELIEVE they take gas out of customers bikes in service! every time I took my bike to them, after receiving it back I would proceed to get horrible gas mileage! decided the last time I took my bike in to fill up which I did at a gas station right off the park ave exit! (made a point of this because said gas station was within a mile or 2 from erico) filled the gas to the top!!!After getting the bike back I proceeded to the same gas station and was able to put 2.8 gallons into the tank!!!!! erico had put a whole whopping 4.5 mile on it? so where did the gas go?? hmmmmm!!!!!There lead tech is very good with what he knows but a true monkey with a wrench when learning something new!! TRUST ME YOU DON'T WANT YOUR MOTORCYCLE BEING A GUINEA PIG TO LEARN ON WITH THIS GUY!!!!!!!Then theres the owners, the king and queen ERICO RATS!!!! she will actually park her luxury suv in the parking space right in front of there shop! on a busy day making customers park across the street! nice lady!!!!!! NOT!!!!!!Please DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM ERICO MOTOR SPORTS!!!

I had a great service experience at Erico Motorsports recently. The entire service team listened to make sure they fully understood the issues I had experienced with my Aprilia Falco, and they went above and beyond to make sure they were addressed to my satisfaction. I got a very detailed explanation of the repairs that had been made, and of additional maintenance items and upgrades I could consider. They were never pushy and had a great service-oriented attitude. When I got the bill, I found it to be very reasonable, and frankly my expectations were exceeded. I'll be taking my bike to Erico for all of my future service needs.

The service department at Erico is dreadful (at least the ones that take the bikes in, I cannot speak of the techs themselves).

Between missed deadlines, broken promises ("your bike will be done in two hours" turned into a week) and the fact that they didn't do the service I actually brought my bike in for, they are impossible to work with (especially when they tell me to go screw myself after I inform them of my displeasure with their service).

The people in sales are decent enough (polite and accommodating). John (the owner) himself is polite as well. Unfortunately, that isn't enough to carry the abysmal service department, hence the one star. I won't go back.

I bought my bike at Erico and I have it serviced there regularly. Every time I walk through the door I'm impressed with the friendliness and competence of everyone there. They go above and beyond to make me happy. You can miss with this crew.

By far the best motorcycle shop in Denver. Great owners and friendly, helpful staff. I have bought two Ducati Superbikes from them and a Vespa scooter. They have a top notch service and parts department and one of the best mechanics in the business to work on your machine.. The Beldocks and their staff have always treated me like a VIP. Erico comes highly recommended and I will continue to buy all my motorcycles from them. Great, great people.

I just purchased a Vespa PX 150 from Erico Motorsports and that was the easiet buying experience that I have ever had. They made my wife and I feel very comfortable. They were very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions without making us feel like we did not know what we were doing. Thanks Justin, Steve and Ron for a great experience!

I just moved to Denver and was told by several people that I should take my Duc to Boulder Motorsports to get serviced. When I got an estimate from those guys, I almost fell over. I decided to give Erico?s Service Department a try. Ossi is their lead Ducati tech and the guy is truly amazing. He has been working on Ducatis for over 20 years and it shows. Not only is my Duc running better than it ever has, he also convinced me to upgrade my exhaust, which as made all the difference. Thank you to Erico and Ossi for giving outstanding service at an affordable price.

When I first drove up to Erico Motorsports, I was a bit suspect, since it is an old warehouse. However, the minute I walked in the door, they had me. Chris up front is so cool and knows so much about scooters. There are several old Vespas displayed all over the dealership and the owners were very friendly. They also have a large selection of new scoots as well as some great riding gear. If you love Vespa, then you owe it to yourself to check out Erico Motorsports. Justin was my sales rep, and he really knows scooters, he even races them

Erico Motorsports has an outstanding Service Manager. Lucas Murphy is one of the best in the business. I was passing through Denver on my Triumph Speedmaster on my way back to L.A. My bike had already seen about 2500 miles and was really in need of a service. Lucas stayed late, and made sure that my bike was running perfectly before I took off for the rest of my trip. Thanks again Lucas for a job well done, next time you are in L.A. please look me up so I can buy you a cold one! Trevor

I am very impressed by John Beldock, the owner of Erico. I had a problem with my service at Erico and John personally called me to discuss the issue. He also personally picked up my bike at my home, to have his technicians take another look at my persistent oil leak. They finally solved the problem and John personally delivered my 748 back to my house. They even cleaned it. Although I had a problem with the initial service, they worked really hard to regain my confidence.

When I turned 40 I decided to buy myself a new motorcycle. I had never ridden a before. As a first time woman rider, I felt pretty uncomfortable walking into several shops in town. Most of the employees in those shops either ignored me or made me feel like I shouldn?t be trying to ride a bike at my age (or maybe it was because I was a woman). Then I found Erico. Justin took me under his wing and helped me sign up for private riding lessons with Ricky Orlando. Those lessons made all the difference. I can now truly say that I am a fairly proficient rider. I can also say that I absolutely LOVE my Triumph 675. It?s a great bike and I?ve even had the chance to take it onto the track at one of Erico?s track days. John Beldock, the owner, was very patient with me as I learned the nuances of riding on a track. If you are a woman rider and want to be treated with respect, I highly recommend you going to Erico Motorsports.

I had been riding a Buddy 50 for the past two years, and decided to trade up. Erico had always sponsored some really great charity rides that I had been on with some of my friends that ride Vespas. I like their community involvement, so I decided to give them my business. My new LX50 was delivered to my house, in perfect condition. Their service department not only cleaned my new Vespa until it shined, but they also gave me a full tank of gas. I really like the staff and constantly refer my friends to them.

I had visited several shops in the Denver area when I was shopping for my 696. I couldn't be happier that I purchased my bike from Erico. The staff is very knowledgeable and I have never found them to be arrogant. In fact, they are just the opposite, humble and always ready to go the extra mile. Also, if you are looking for riding gear, these guys have one of the best selections of Ducati apparel I've ever seen. Cudos to John Beldock for building one of the best dealerships in the Country.
