Poor response to any request for corrective action. We have had a commons area light broken for months. Also, uneven sidewalk joints with a hazard to pedestrians. Parking violations are quick but other property problems are not taken care of in a timely manner. Landscape problems, including dead trees and shrubs are not taken care of. Poor customer service. It takes a number of emails or phone calls to get any response from this company!

These people are complete tools. When attempting to obtain a clairification on a minor cleaning issue which I was responsible for, I was refered to the board meeting and to meet before the board to dispute the violation. I clealy stated in my email I was only seeking clarification. I will say they were quick to respond (even though no one will answer calls) to my emails, though this could've been cleared up very easily if the property manager was actually literate or responsive enough to pick up the phone as I requested. It also appears as though certain board members get away with what are clearly violations and even destruction of property while non-board member residents are policed to the point of strangulation. The services that they provide for the cost is average but their customer service is atrocious -- which I consider part of the cost. I'm probably devaluing my unit by this response and I'll be actively looking into how to change the management company.

They never return your calls. Tree branches touching the gutter,bushes over grown and dying. They totally neglect the trees outside the property.Tammy Hall finally returned my calls/e mails after three weeks. Not apolegitic at all. Poor belligerent customer service and negligence.* Can you believe their site, it says, "Winner of Gold Star Certificate from BBB 2008 for no complaints in 3 years." Yes, may be in different state or planet. Their is no way that is happening here. Please homeowners call the BBB to file complaint against them. We can do it!

Quick to fine residents but nowhere to be found when there is a problem. They seem to be very gifted at giving people the "run-around." and for some reason they can't seem to "remember to return calls or emails. And it seems that there is no owner or president over there either. Who do you call when the property manager isn't there? Should be someone, right.

Management will not return phone calls or numerous emails and they create bogus violations and then charge accounts with out a 2nd notice and chance to defend your-self. Poor record keeping and ??forgets? what she doesn??t want to hear or deal with. It took 8 months and 8 phone calls to get a pool key that worked. And they gave me the feeling I was troubling them. I even had to drive to their office to get it and return the bad key the sent out to begin with. They have a great racket going on here?seriously. They will not repair landscape issues in a timely manner. In addition, the staff is down right rude and irresponsible. They always have an excuses not to do the right thing because ??they are in litigation? or ??it is up to the board?, or ??you have to come to the board meeting? which is a joke!! I believe they are unethical and have conflict of interest between Management and Board. Total rip off! They do very little to help, and actually make things worse?All for $165 a month!

I thought HOA's were supposed to assist homeowner's. YEAH RIGHT! The representative for my complex never responds to voicemails, and is downright RUDE when I do get ahold of her! She's towed vehicles with no warning. I've had to make numerous calls about dissatisfaction with condo complex issues, etc. Even now it's been 3 weeks and an issue I aired has still not been corrected. BEWARE!

Do not use this company! As a homeowner I have had to deal with the most discourteous, unprofessional, uncooperative and abusive behavior I could imagine from the HOA manager. The cost of HOA dues and the services Maximum Property Management provides is absurd. I strongly advise using any other company.

We are very dissatisfied after switching to this Property Management Company and regret our decision.

This company does not get asked for documents in a timely manner because manager "forgets". Signs contracts for contractors without proper insurance and does not require accountability for contractors. Contractors hired are often incompetent and "milk" money from property owners (for example: snow removal comes out for "dusting" of snow and get paid also ripped up numerous parking curbs from snow removal tractors but are not liable for damage. Hired roofing contractors that did a poor job so roof leaks and roofers have no liability). So property owners have to pay for damage done by contractors. Often do not come up with the required 3 bids for contracts. Does not seem to keep records for work done from handymen so one never knows if these people are actually doing the work. Does not use good mail practices that require more money for property owners. For example uses first class stamps when a mail machine would be more cost effective. Conflict of interest(?). Seems to hire neighbors for contract work and once hired the president of HOA while the member still served as president! Costs the property owners money, money, money!
