Long Time Customer Glad to Have Found Someone Else. Been going to them for 5 years now. To lazy to switch until my latest problem and glad to have found someone else. Office staff and owners just do not care. Also very Expensive compared to others in town.

3 issues in the past 5 years and had enough.....

1. Had problems with billing. They had a problem with my insurance and threatended collections before they recognized their error and fixed after I spent a couple of hours working with them on the phone.

2. Had a problem with some frames that cracked. Asked them to to help be repair. Told "sorry cant help you the frames out of warranty and we can not get parts, come on in and we can sell you a new pair". I had to find replacement parts on the internet on my own.

3. Scheduling staff hung up on me when I asked them to hold on for a 10 sec while I told another call that I would call them back.

To be fair the Eye Doctors are OK. But for the money there are much better providers in town.

The staff at Vision Care is top-notch - very friendly and knowledgeable. I have been going here for about 6 years and I have always felt confident in the care that I have received. The doctor is always willing to take the time to talk with me and answer any questions. They also have an enormaous variety of glasses for you to choose from in all price ranges.

PROS: friendly staff, lots of glasses
CONS: none
