I absolutely loved this class with Carol! It was a great combination of cardio & stretching. The class increased in popularity so that we usually had 20-25 people in Spin and about 35 in Yoga. It was scheduled at a great time for people who work. And Carol is an outstanding instructor. I'm really puzzled and upset that the class was cancelled and I'm not sure why. I don't believe that comments or opinions of participants were solicited. i wish I knew who to contact about this. What a bummer!!!!

I recently joined this 24 hour fitness location after being a member of a locally owned gym in another city. I'll start with the good: VERY clean, lots of machines to choose from, well organized layout, no high pressure sales tactics, wide range of fitness levels, not a lot of members standing around chatting- people actually workout!, good group fitness instructors.\r\nThe not so good: no extras in the locker room, and by ""extras"" I mean kleenex, paper towels, hair dryers. Some of the kids club staff are not very friendly- not rude, just not very caring or excited to be there. (I understand watching crazy kids for 2 hours while their mom exercises is annoying but hey, it's your job!), crowded free weight area and not a lot of space for stretching. \r\nPersonally, I like a larger selection of classes like a 15 minute abs class, stretching class, popular classes offered more than just twice a week and more time after classes for stretching/cool-down.\r\nOverall, I think this club is good for the price and convenience, but definitely average based on my other gym experience.\r\n

Pros: clean, price

Cons: over-crowded at times, kids club staff not the friendliest
