We purchased several items for our small practice last year. When the autoclave quit working it was repaired for no charge even though it was past the 1 year warranty. Highly recommended company.

We recently purchased via internet two lights for our medical office. While purchasing we were told that the lights could be returned for a 10% restocking fee. The lights did not perform as expected and when we tried to return, the owner reneged on his promise and told that that there was no conversation related to return and that they have no return/exchange policy. \r\n\r\nPlaza medical and staff were of no help and absolutely uncompromising. I felt really bad, it appeared to me like I was lying and making up return policy out of thin air. \r\n\r\nBeware before you buy anything. I had a very bad experience and would not recomend Plaza Medical.
