I'm not sure why the address says La Veta because this restaurant is in Cuchara, so be forewarned about the location. We descended on them with a very large group (family reunion) and while the service was a bit slow (to be fair, they were very busy even without us) but the food was very good. There aren't too many options in Cuchara but this is a good one.
