Had our oil changed at Big O in Elizabeth last week. Just noticed oil dripping from under our XTerra. Checked the drain nut and it wasn't even hand tight. Oil was dripping from the sump. Thankfully it didn't fall out and cause an oil slick all over Elizabeth (and ruin our engine). Avoid like the plague.

Have been going to Big O Tires of Elizabeth since they opened in 2002. Have always been treated well by the friendly sales team. They always show me what they are talking about and help me decide what is most important to keep my truck running well. They never pressure me into buying.
They are knowledgeable and have fair prices on their tires and repairs. We are so glad to have them in town.
