Last week, I had my first appointment at Salon West with Melissa Critchfield. Usually I don't expect much from salons, but this one was great. The salon is very comfortable and laid-back. Melissa cut my hair exactly the way I wanted it and for an inexpensive price. She's very attentive and kind, and does color too!
