They gave a bunch of lame excuses for not replacing the tree .They said you got what you asked for and they put the blame on me saying that I should known what variety of tree to put in even though I specified the color of flower that I am looking for. Also some of the boulders started to fall apart and they would not replace them either. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone.
