The store is fine if you'r visiting midweek in the off season but if you're doing holiday shopping, forget it. Understaffed. It's bad enough they are often out of stock but the shelves are a total mess...obviously not straightened up during the day. If you can grab a salesperson, I have to say they have been nice but unhelpful..no one seems to know where a particular item is supposed to be or if it is in stock, etc. Salespeople need more training... For the money, you're better off going elsewhere.

My kids just love going there, always plenty of things to look at and play with. The staff seems friendly and are always willing to help - although sometimes busy. The store is clean and set up by departments so I am able to find the stuff I need but keep an eye on the kiddies as they tend to go just about everywhere! I definitely make this the place to take the kids out for a special treat!

This store is often out of stock. Especially around the holidays this can be very aggravating. The staff does not seem sympathetic to this. They will put you ona waiting list but no guarantees.

this store is severely understaffed. At the holidays the stores are almost bare and they do not restock quickly. I always dread going into this store but its the closest toy store to me.
