I brought my daughter's car in to the store to buy her a set of tires. The car was sporting a donut spare when it came in. We selected the tires from what was shown on the screen and were told that the car would be ready in an hour and 15 minutes. We returned at that time and were told it would be another hour. We then went shopping and received a call about an hour later saying that they had none of that size tire in stock and to come and pick up the car. We returned to the store after three and a half hours to find that here car had been gone through. The center console was still open and her personal belongings were strewn all over the car. The glove box was completely rearranged. There was no reason for this as there was no security lug nor did any tire ever get removed from the car. I confronted the gentleman at the service counter and was told it wasn't his problem because he didn't work on that car. I found this attitude to be completely unprofessional.

Try to avoid this place at all costs. Go in for windshield washer fluid and they'll try to convince you need your engine rebuilt. Not terribly helpful staff and more junk for sale than customer service available. Go to Astro on Cherokee and get better service at a better price.

Needed a place on Sunday. My back passenger side break was grinding very bad all of a sudden. They got me in right away. They did not try to sell me on the rotors, said they could machine them, I was shocked because everybody tries to sell you new rotors. Mechanic said I needed a new belt, then said come back and I will show you why. They took me back and showed me it was split and cracked, Legit. Got that replaced, probably saved me from towing it in the near future. Fair priced. Friendly. Cleaned my battery corrosion up, filled my fluids for free. Go in there and let them know your not a sucker and I believe you will leave pleased. Tell them to show you what they see and they will. Thanks to Dennis, Matthew and Bill.

This place has a lot of parts for your car. The only thing bad is that the parts dont seem to last. If your looking to put accessories onto your car, go here. they have a bunch of import accessories. If they would have more quality parts, I would shop here more.

I have had my car towed here just because it was the only place open on Sundays. They didn't do a good job and were rude to boot. Also, nobody seems to speak English (I don't mean this in a bad way, but it does make it difficult to communicate.)
