If it had not been Saturday afternoon with the possibility of Cash For Clunkers program ending come the end of the weekend and if CO was allowed to sell cars on Sundays, then I would have left. I actually considered leaving twice during the whole process.

The sales guy I had was okay. Not extrememly knowledgeable about the car but I did alot of research and knew what I wanted so I didn't need to be "sold" so to speak.

However, the Fiannce guy, right off the bat, was incredibly rude. When I was asking really basic questions ( I was not being rude or challenging or insinuating I was not going to comply) he immediately got verbally aggressive. We had felt as though we were being a huge inconveince by wanting to buy a car from him. He kept complaining about how much paperwork goes into each purchase through the government program. He ushered us out of his office at one point, apologized for being rude then within a minute after was being extremely rude all over again, did not communicate at all about the process, he would leave the room in a tizzy and not tell us where he was going... We actually ended up leaving without getting all our copies of the paperwork because he left and we figured we were done (Not to mention we had already been there for about 5 plus hours and were emotionally spent from his attitude. )

When we approached the sales manager he did not apologize but rather defended his rude employee excusing his behaviour! Absolutely astounding!

Bottom line I would prefer not to give business to those who don't care about their customers (or their business for that matter. Since customer service is a HUGE part of a business, especially a retail business).

As a first time car buyer, I'm hoping the car I just bought lasts me a long long time so I don't have to go through that same wringer again!

Pros: Had the exact car I wanted.

Cons: Poor customer service; Rude, dissmissive staff

Great commitment to satisfy customer??s needs and individual attention to each and every customer make Frontier Honda different from all other dealers. I would really like to thank the salesman who was there to help me in every step. I was pretty awestruck at the ease with which the entire service procedure took place. Keep it up!

I have visited a number of car dealers in Colorado and surely can say that Frontier Honda is the only dealership which is really concerned about customers?? convenience. I never imagined that buying a car can be as easy as I experienced. I am eagerly waiting to see my 2008 Accord sedan which is to be delivered tomorrow.

I purchased a 2007 Honda Accord from the Frontier Honda in Longmont, Colorado. The Accord is the second vehicle we have bought from Frontier Honda in the past two years and it??s just right. It has a strong build, powerful engine, good mileage, and quality safety features. Performance and safety is quite important to me and the Frontier dealership fulfilled all my requirements with ease. At Frontier Honda I was assaulted by a salesman named Charlie. He was so pushy that I felt downright angry when I left the lot. Looking back, it's a joke how stereotypical he was. He should have been wearing a toupee and plaid suit.

He didn't seem very knowledgable, answering my questions with one or two words, and not offering any extra information. He repeatedly showed me the lighted vanity mirror, even after I told him I never wear makeup. It was so condescending. He also kept saying "I could end this for you now" as if I was somehow suffering while comparison shopping and needed to be relieved of my burden immediately by signing a contract within 5 minutes of a test drive.

When I finally pushed him away and told him that we were not going to buy anything that day, he rolled his eyes and snorted and then had the audacity to ask me for my phone number so he could follow up. I refused, of course.

My advice: Shop for a Honda late at night (when nobody's around) and then go back the next day if you're interested. If a tall guy named Charlie introduces himself, RUN!
