They had my car done in four days!!! I was so impresed!!! I was really impresed on how they handeld everything. Joe was in touch with my insurance company every step of the way. all it cost me was my dedudctable. Thats the way it shuold be!

Pros: they made the whole thing easy, My car looked GREAT!

Cons: Non, they realy made it easy on me.

I have brought my car to Galaxie for years and the guys at the shop have always taken care of me. They use quality products and employ quality technicians, so theyre not your average Maaco hacks. But this means patients with the shop as they will battle insurance adjusters to get what's needed. Oh, and I've never had any problems w/"smoke" smell in my car.

Pros: Quality,Caring,Accomidating

Cons: waiting for insurance adjusters

Your car will smell like smoke and it will take (3) times for them to fix your repair...and then it will break!

Went here for an insurance repair...Simple repair...It took the place (3) times at the shop to repair - and even though the owner swears that his guys don't smoke in the vehicles - they did. It still smells like smoke. The paint job done has now failed and I won't trust them with the car.

Too bad - neighborhood, independent shop.

Cons: Didn't fix it - Demanded payment and threatened to have my car repossessed.
