Saturn

You can purchase a much better quality vehicle for about the same price that won't be in the shop as often as a Saturn. This is good for 2 reasons as you actually get to enjoy your vehicle and then you also don't have to deal with the rude managers in the Saturn service department.

I've always heard about the excellent and unique service at Saturn, but wasn't sure how much of it was just hype. I visited the showroom and did test drives several times before purchasing and my salesperson was very accommodating. You can't avoid all the pressure I suppose in buying a car, but it was much better than other dealers I visited.

The other side is servicing my car at the dealership. Saturn has one of the better customer service departments in my opinion. Fast, friendly service and always offered a coke while you wait. I've even taken over one of their phones and business tables to do business while my car was in the shop! I highly recommend Saturn cars and this dealership in particular!

PROS: Fast, friendly service with minimum pressure.

I got a flyer in the mail that said they would give me a $25 gift card if I went and did a test drive. I decided I would do it when ever I had a day with nothing to do. I ended up doing it in april 2005. I walked in, asked to do a test drive, I picked the sporty'est looking car and drove it around town. The sales man did try to pressure me into buying it TODAY but he backed down after 2 minutes worth of trying. He filled out the paper work and I should be getting gift card within 6 weeks. In my mind it was worth it, it only took me one hour. Nice cars, Nice dealership, and nice salesman.
