I had mile hi come to my house to clean air ducts first of all the tech never showed up and never called and the office said that there truck broke down and this happen twice.The girls at the office are rude, the girls name was Crystal DONT TALK TO HER IF YOU DONT HAVE TO.The tech finally showed up after 2 weeks in a small suv and i was wondering where the truck mount vacuum was cause thats what the flyer said they only use truck mounted vacuums and the tech came in with a little backpack vacuum and then try to convince me it was just as good.This company is false advertising on there flyers. DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY IN YOUR DOOR . dont get air ducts clean cause all they use is a backpack vacuum that stands as high as your knee there crooks dont get it done they are sales people even look on craigslist and go under jobs and type in air ducts they are asking for sales people.Please look before you use them

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!!
I used them the first year I lived in Denver. They did a terrible job aerating (they ran their machine over the roots of a large tree in the backyard causing significant damage to the tree). After calling to complain and being asked to be removed from their mailing list, they continue to email me more than 15 times a year. I have asked repeatedly to be removed and I am considering filing a small claims suit under Colorado's "Junk Email Law" (HB 00-1309).

If one of their signs is in your neighborhood and NOT in a yard that they have performed services on, PLEASE pull it out, throw it away and call the company to complain!
I called again for the 2nd year. They have been asked not to place signs in our neighborhood and they continue to do it. I have heard MANY bad things about this company and I do not want any of my neighbors to be subjected to their poor service.

I called Mile High Aeration to have them aerate my lawn on May 20th, and they never showed up. Then I called them twice to see when they were coming, and I was told they'd be here by 6:00 PM, and sure enough, they did not show up. So they rescheduled for Tuesday the 26th, and never showed up and then told me they have me down on their calendars for the 27th. The customer service is so poor, I am so surprised they are still in business. The two girls who answer the phones there could careless about getting business and they do not care about their customers. I have reported this to the BBB and to our HOA board so that they can't advertise anymore in the subdivision where I live. AWFUL COMPANY AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM.

I wish I read these reviews before i got them to do my lawn. I normally get the plug aeration done but I don't like those unsightly plugs so I got Mile Hi to do the liquid lawn aeration.
They promote their business saying to not use "weekend warriors with broken down aeration machines". So appointment time comes along and guess who shows up - someone in their own car with a small trailer in which a broken down aeration machine is in. I overlooked it because i was getting liquid lawn aeration done - not the machine.
Ads also show a professional mini tanker trunk in which the liquid aeration was dispersed from using a hose and nozzle. This technician had what looked like a small cooler attached to a leaf blower. There was no liquid lawn nozzle. He just had a leaf blower nozzle attached.
Furthermore, the technician was here less than 5 minutes. I have 2 patches of grass in the front and about a quarter of acre in the back. I watched him. All he did was briefly walk around the front with the leaf blower sputtering a bit of foam here and there and then he went in the back and just walked a little bit around the small tree back there again with his leaf blower sputtering a bit of foam here and there. Most of the back was not even treated if that is what they call treatment.
Mile Hi makes a big deal about if you are not there no big deal - just leave the check under the door mat. I would bet that they hope you are not there so they can just take the check and do nothing.

CONS: Company appears to be a scam. Work done does not equal price

I made an appointment a week and a half ago and received a call today asking if i can change the appointment to meet Mile Hi Aeration's time. I was unable to do that and received an attitude from the scheduling personnel (Jamie). Then they called to remind me of my original appointment for the next day and told me they had to change the time because they are over scheduled for that day. I'm still trying to figure out who the customer is. I will never use this company again. Jamie (appointment desk) needs to have an attitude adjustment or Mile Hi Aeration will lose a lot more customers. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

This note is to let the residents of the Denver Metro Area beware that great care should be taken while dealing with Mile Hi Services for their lawn.
I arranged for them to service my lawn (liquid aeration/fertilizer/seed). As I work at home and it was the first time I was using their services, I made it clear that they were to call me before their worker came to service my lawn so that I could see the work being done. No such luck. The appointed day came and went without a call. Supposedly the Mile Hi Services worker came, did the work, and left a door hanger claiming so. Was this really a joke or what? No evidence whatsoever that anything was done do the lawn. Fast forward one month, an e-mail billing arrives from Mile Hi Services! I call them- you mean to say you actually did the work! why no phone call, why are you billing me now, one month later? Well, sir, its too late to complain now. You should have called us immediately. Youre just trying to get out of paying for services rendered. What services? I never got the call that someone was coming to work at my house. Now Im just a scofflaw, I couldnt possibly have a valid complaint or even a doubt about their services. The root of the problem is that Mile Hi Services didnt do what every other company doesn't call to let you know that someone is coming to your house.

If you decide to work with Mile Hi Services remember these things that a mile hi service rep told me:
1-Their workers have instructions not knock on your doors when they arrive or leave. They don't want to "bother" the client. They are there to do the work, collect the check and go. This is in spite of the fact that their after-hours phone recording specifically states that if you are home when the worker does the job you can pay him personally.
2-If you forget to put out the check, remember that they will not bill you for 30 days. So if you have any doubts that they actually came to your house and did the service, call right away, as their work is all liquid and the evidence of the work disappears fast.
3-If you ask them to call you- remember, their field workers are unreliable with their mobile phones, they might die, the worker might lose your number, or many other things might happen so that they won't contact you. There is no guarantee that they will contact you even if you request it. (This smacks of a disorganized, sloppy business management.).
4-When setting up the appointment for their service remember, if you ask for anything special, that request will probably not be honored. If you assume that notes are being taken so that the person who goes out to your house knows of your special request, remember notes about your requests with details of how to do the service will be ignored unless you specifically ask them to write notes and attach them to the order. Just having normal conversation and communicating your wishes is not enough.
5-You will not be given any contract or paper work other than a door hanger (their bill) that claims that work was done, nothing in writing to back up their claim of a guarantee. If dissatisfied, you must call immediately, or you are out of luck.
The reps on the phone will be very nice to set up the job, but very aggressive if you have any complaint/doubts. In fact you will be accused of trying to get out of paying a bill! They will push back at you that you are to blame for whatever the complaint.
In general I found that the customer service attitude at Mile Hi Services is that of a well greased company (read slick here), with an answer for every possible remark/complaint that you might make. You should expect to be treated as the villain, you will be accused if you have a complaint or even a doubt about the service rendered. They cover themselves well, but don't inspire confidence that the client is ever to be taken in seriously. Certainly the customer is always right is not their motto. I would not recommend them, avoid Mile Hi Services.

Although I have asked this company MANY times NOT to stick ads on our door, NOT to put up their signs in our neighborhood, NOT to stick ads on our door, they have blatantly ignores our request. We did business with them once any years ago, they damaged our gate, and they were never willing to acknowledge the damage let alone help repair it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I should have read the reviews. Heed them. I paid them to aerate, fertilize, and overseed. The guy showed up, couldn't get his machine to work, and left without telling me. I called the company, and they didn't know he left, and then told me he didn't come back because he couldn't get his car started. They rebooked me, and then rebooked me again, and then they came back, and were here for 10 minutes. Overseeding consisted of the guy walking around my yard with a handful of seed throwing it. When I called to complain there was no seed on my lawn, they told me it was micro-seed so you can't see it. Save your $$$.

Used them for aeration--deep plug. They ran their machine through my neighbour's yard and tore it up. They barely touched my lawn, and the thatched parts went un-touched. It was as if they gave an aeration apparatus to a five year old and said "Have at it!" I called to complain and they said they'd send them out again. Why would I want them to further ruin my neighbour's yard and still have a lawn shallowly and barely aerated? I will have to meet them at my house and crack a whip. I think their equipment and staff are even less than sub-par. Give me your aerator. I'll do a better job with no experience!

We have used Mile Hi for about four years with no problems; however, recently we had a skirmish over several no-shows for window washing.
Crystal at Mile Hi gave us a free window washing as a result of the hassle, which we think was MORE than accommodating and reasonable.
We have used the company for aeration, fertilizing, window washing and have had no problems at all with the quality of work performed, and the price is very competitive.
The office staff is harried more than dismissive, and although I exchanged some tense words with them recently, I also was very upset, and the ensuing, escalating angry conversation was as much my fault as theirs.
Thanks Mile Hi. I have no trouble recommending your service.

I hired them to blow out my sprinklers, but they let the water sit in the headers. The freeze cracked all the pipes. They refused to fix the problem and refused to even take my call. They wouldn't even reimburse me for the parts I bought to fix their screw up.

I was eating my breakfast when I saw someone walk through my freshly seeded lawn and onto my front porch. I assumed he was leaving a flier on my door but when I went to retrieve it, there was no flier there. Perhaps he decided that when he stepped in dog poop and tracked it onto my porch and smeared it right in front of my door that it was best not to leave a flier. It was for Mile Hi services. You would think that for all the bad experiences that people have with this company they would be careful enough to not be pissing extra people off without even delivering crappy service!

I had my sprinklers blown out by them. They forgot to close a valve to my housing. It cracked,of course! And when I called, the secretary, yes, SECRETARY!!!, said it wasn't their fault WITHOUT a technician even hearing me out! I offered my phone phone # and email for someone to call me and at least explain why it wasn't their fault.Now they continue to trespass on my property and leave fliers after MANY emails were left for them to STOP!

I got the flier on my door about 6 years ago. I didn't know who they were, so I scheduled an aeration. They never showed up, then they rescheduled it, and they didnt show up for that one either! So I cancelled it and got another company to do it. Ever since then, I get phone calls and e-mails saying that they are in the neighborhood and might I want an aeration, air duct cleaning, etc. Every time I ask them to stop contacting me, and they say that they will do that. But the calls and mails keep coming.

I talked to the Attorney General's Consumer line, and they say I cannot get them if my number is on the no-call list, since I initiated the contact with them 6 years ago. I am thinking that my next option is to sue them in court for harassment.

We called them to aerate and fertilize our lawn after hearing how they use 4" plugs on their radio ads. They didn't come out the first scheduled time, we called them back, they showed up...and within 8 minutes they were done with over 6000 sq ft of lawn??? The plugs were barely 1 1/2", it looked like they missed most of the front yard, and we couldn't see any sign that anything was fertilized. We called them to say we wanted them to come back out and they said there was no guarantee of plug size, and that their 'technician' said he did all of the lawn and fertilized. We told them that we wouldn't pay until they came back out, so they put us on their 'robocall' system. THAT WAS 2 YEARS AGO. WE GET A CALL NOW EVERY DAY. Avoid these yahoos like the plague!Terrible customer service and they don't do anything they say they will. On a positive note, it sounds like they pay .40 cents for each call we answer from their call service so hopefully it's costing them more than just lost business.

They broke one of my sprinkler heads. I called and asked them to fix it, they said they would. A year waiting, i called back and asked again, they had changed their mind. The manager said (very rudely) it was my fault and that they'd give me a free aeration (service that ended up breaking my sprinkler head anyway) or stop complaining. I decided that I would rather keep my dignity and fix my own thing. They should disappear from the face of the earth!

Manager's customer service was the worst I have experienced! I now have a new company doing this service and they keep calling and harassing me and my family, about 3 phone calls a week. I am at the end of my rope worst compnay ever!

Don't ever use this service. Besides the worthless work they keep harrasing you by email, phone, anything they can use. You ask to get your name off the list they use another form of communication that you have already asked to be removed. We used the aeration and they broke a sprikler head basically due to lack of knowledge on their part. The window cleaning service was useless. Didn't even clean the back of our home. Save yourself the headache and stay away.

1 week after their service (after hours of picking up their garbage they left behind on my property the next day) my grass started dying after a fertilizer service.
When I called to complain to Crystal (what a piece of work), she told me that I must have contacted the wrong company because they do not use granual fertilizers and she basically called me a liar!! She then called back to say that they did use it and a general manager would call me back - yeah right! I still have not heard from anyone.
It was also nice to see that they employ 2 year olds to accompany the techs when working. My wife though the kid was going to get his hands cut off since he was inches away from the machine when they started it!!

I will perform further investigation on who the owner is and report back to this site.

They must be shut down - what a pathetic company!!

THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER I used mile hi services made a huge mistake. I SHOULD HAVE READ ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. When the Mile Hi rep showed up he was missing teeth and reeked of alcohol and marijuana at 9am. His car looked as if is it was from the "Sanford and son" junkyard. He stayed fora bout 10 minutes and left after he wanted to know "what kind of "bitches" lived in the neighborhood"? I was shocked.The service itself was horrendous. I called to complain and CRYSTAL , a manager, told me that I could have called any number of companies and to be a man about what i ordered and to "go on with my life". she actually said she has worked there for 12 years and they never had a complaint. she then chose to get personal and literally challenged me to come to the office. They refused to tell me who was the owner or the general manager was. I called the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU who explained that MI HI SERVICES HOLDS THE DENVER AREA RECORD FOR COMPLAINTS...THEY ARE IN THE HUNDREDS" wow!!

As so many others have stated, I made an appt with them. They never showed up. The were doing my neighbor the following day, so I asked if they could stop by and do mine. Answer: no, we can't do that. I was trying to save them gas, convinience, etc. You know what I do when my customers have a complaint: whatever it takes (within reason) to make them happy. Not them. I have communicated with them since via email. They have arrogance and attitude. I will never use them again AND warn others not to use them.

Do not use!

I used Mile Hi Aeration for their liquid aeration and fertilization product in March of '08. It started off poorly when the service technicians lied about doing the back yard when it wasn't completed (the gate was locked). After having people return to service the back yard the grass was COMPLETELY FRIED. I spoke with Crystal who indicated Ted, the manager, would drive by the property and look at the grass after 3 weeks of watering with no improvement. Bottom line, I never heard from Ted (via email or phone). Crystal indicated we would receive a rebate but that never happened. To top it off, I've received three emails reminding me to sign up for fall services. Yeah, right. Tough lesson learned: Always do your research. PS: Don't forget to look at the Better Business Bureau for formal complants against Mile Hi Aeration.

Being new here we used them to blow the sprinklers out last fall, I was here when the guy did it and told him I never had a sprinkler system before was there anything I needed to do inside. All he said was, turn the Timer off which I had already done. He blew out the lines, and that was that so I thought. Come mid winter we leave to Michigan, we get a call from the water comapny (wifes cell was the listed number with them), they had to come out and turn the house water off. Then They were nice enough if we gave them access they would see what is going on and possible turn it back on. Lucky the wife left a key with a co-worker to check on our cats so they were able to get in. Come to find out Mile-Hi did not turn off the water to the outside, so the valve on the outside broke and sprayed everywhere. I was able to replace the value and pipe myself, and the water company did not charge us for the water nor their time. I never bothered with bringing this up with Mile-Hi.

Then comes spring and we get the lawn aeration, yard has looked pretty dead, although with a ton of water (cheating so we can bring it back to health and a high water bill) it is turning around and slowly looking better. Needless to say we will not be using them again.

Oh, and why do they call non-stop...I told them to stop calling and I reported them to the FCC. They finally stopped after a few reports to the FCC. If I tell your companyt o stop calling, why piss of someone and call them, by law even if I did business with you you now have to stop calling.

Ratings_icons THUMBS DOWN to Mil HI Aeration : Liquid Aeration

I had the liquid aeration done in my front and backyard by Mile Hi. I religiously watered and did what I needed to do for my lawn. I expected a beautiful healthy green lawn. I got a dead lawn...a deader than dead lawn! Also, I had 12 bushes between my home and my neighbors home and they died as well. I have huge bare spots in my front and back yards. I have spent hundreds of dollars trying to nurse the lawn back to good health and to grow. It has been 2 and a half months and I am barely getting there. My other 2 complaints would be that MIle Hi sent to guys who did not speak english to my home. They did not let me know they were there but I happened to be told by a furniture delivery guy that 2 guys just walked into my backyard. They had no identifying logos or vehicle with a logo that identified MIle HI. In any case, they began spraying and were gone in less than ten minutes! I called out to the guys but they kept walking. I walked to them and began asking them questions but they could not respond with more than, " I don't know!" It was bizarre. Yet, they get a sign out of their vehicle and want to put it in my yard. I refused. I called the Mile HI office and I got a rude female who did not want to hear my concerns and did not want to hear about how upsetting it was to not be able to communicate with the service people to ask or share any concerns with them. I made up my mind then that I will not use their service again and most recently filed a complaint with the BBB.

We used Mile Hi Aeration a long time ago. They gave us a lawn fungus, front & back yard. I notice many of my neighbors had it. I spoke to a handful of my neighbors and asked if they used Mile Hi to aerate their lawn, the answers were 100% YES! When I called and told them what the problem was, they said I would receive a phone call regarding my complaint. I called them 3 more times, they NEVER retuned any one of my phone calls. Save yourself and don't use them!

Mile Hi killed our lawn when they performed the liquid aeration. They say they guarantee their work but they don't I have never received a refund and now I have to fix my sod.

I first hired Mile Hi for the convenience and the mass marketing the company achieves. In 2007, I contracted them to perform aeration and seeding. Weeks prior to the delivery date, I fertilized. Mile Hi came out and aerated as well as fertilized...NOT seeding as I contracted. The result was over fertilization and burns in the grass.I thought I would give them one more chance in the Spring of 2008. Over three weeks, they failed to show up (THREE TIMES!). Furthermore, I would sit on hold for over 20 minutes before speaking to a live person. After the third attempt to complain to their management (Crystal), I gave up. It seemed that I would be placed into her voice mail each time with no call back....ever. Additionally, emails to the company via their web page yielded no return follow-up/ call.Do not give this organization your time or money.

NEVER USE THIS SERVICE!! Not only was the aeration incomplete (very few visible plugs) they tore up the landscaping path moving the machine to and from the front and back yard. Not only that, they broke 2 landscaping lights and displaced several rocks. I called to complain and was told I would receive a call back which of course I didn't. This spring they contacted me via e-mail to do the service again and I responded with a complaint about the service in the fall, again no response. To make matters worse, we just tried to turn on our sprinklers on after Mile Hi Services blew them out last fall....turns out I paid for a service that was never done...our sprinkler system is broke.

I've used Mile Hi for a couple years simply because of the convenience. However, even after watering my lawn well the night before, the aeration was consistently poor. The laborers also missed fairly big parts of the lawn. Not to mention the annoying phone calls! I've never had any really big problems with them but there are much better lawn service companies out there.

Last spring we had Mile High out to do our aeration again as we have had for many years. They sold us on adding the fertilization to our purchase. I was going to be gone when they came to do the work so they asked that I leave the check in an envelope at the front door... which I regretfully did. When I returned I found that the workers aerated but never fertilized. When I called to request that they return, they initially argued that it was fertilized "because it said so on the original order for the job." I persisted and after a couple of days did manage to talk with someone. They said they would call back to schedule the fertilization. They couldn't come out for more than 3 weeks and I requested a refund as we were getting ready to put our house on the market and needed to 'green up' our lawn. I kept getting their annoying automatic voice calls regarding the scheduling of the fertilization. I kept calling and could never get them to call me back. For the first time ever, my husband and I got so frustrated we actually yelled at then on their recording to cancel our appointment for fertilization as we had already done it and to return our money. We never got a return phone call, nor our money returned... sure, they came and fertilized when we were gone. This company even leaves yard signs promoting their company without asking permission! Here it is fall and guess what... the phone just rang and it was their annoying recording for fall services. I would never use this company again... I'd rather spend a day doing the aeration myself!

I think they have someone writting these "good" reviews. This company is crap. They did a half ass job, and after we told them to come out again and fix it, they did a half ass job a second time. My wife has had nothing but trouble with their "customer service". Crystal the Supervisor is an idiot and so are the other people that work there. Stay away from these guys and just do it yourself. I'll be sure to remove all signs that I see to make sure they receive as little business as possible.

I've used Mile Hi for years because they're so convenient. The only trouble is, the work, if done at all, is always terrible. They burned my lawn with too much fertilizer one year, then denied they had done it. I thought, "OK, I can do my own fertilizer" and never got that service again. Last year they only aerated the front lawn, not the back or sides. This year I called them again, and left the gate open in case they had mistakenly thought it was locked. This year they did nothing at all except repeatedly dun me for payment. (The check was under the front door mat--per their instructions.) Repeated calls and emails were not returned. I finally got someone who would talk to me, but all he could offer was to reschedule. He didn't seem to understand why I was upset that I keep getting billed for work that wasn't done and that no one had responded to multiple voice mail and email messages from me. So, they've finally found my "break point" and I've figured out I need a lawn service that actually does the work.

I should have checked out these reviews before hiring this company to clean my gutters. They took my check for $45, destroyed my front gutter, didn't clean the other 2 gutters at all and then refused to return phone calls or resolve the problem in any way. They have caused $400 in damage to my house and didn't even finish the job they were hired to do. I have never in my LIFE been treated like this by ANY company. I am shocked they are still in business. We are filing a small claims suit and having our home owners insurance deal with them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

I tended to agree with Joe R as to where this company came from? We had them come out to do our yard a year ago, they didn't complete the job fully. So, we called them back to do the back yard, which was part of the initial agreement when payment was made. It took us over 5 or 6 calls to Mile-Hi to even address the concern regarding completion of THE INITIAL JOB! That's UNACCEPTABLE when they received the payment upfront to do the whole yard. Their excuse was 'We could hear a dog in the backyard'. Of course they could, but it was our next door neighbors dog in there yard with a FENCE IN BETWEEN. We'll never give them the pleasure of our business again, or 'word of mouth' referral. They have the most unusual mode of getting their advertising out by plastering the whole neighborhood with flyers taped to your front door at least every seasonal change. Sorry guy's they don't win any points with our household.

PROS: hard to think of any????
CONS: advertising, and completing the job first time

They came and aerated my lawn when they said they would and it was great. I've been using them for years, and never had a problem. I don't have to wait around all day for them since I don't have to be home. Very convenient! Highly reccomend!

I am also struggling with Mile Hi. With all of the "watch dog" type agencies, how is a business like this still running? These people need to be shut down. I keep reading more and more complaints about others who have or are currently being harassed and threatened. Who can help stop this??? Work not completed, phone calls unanswered, and the consumer gets screwed? DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MILE HI

I had my yard done today and what a MESS!
they left dirt EVERYwhere in my driveway and sidewalks scached up my sidewalk cracked a water sprinker head.... i called the office when i got home waited 5mins on hold to talk to a very rude person telling me i didnt pay a cleaning fee?????? so they can leave my driveway and sidewalks in a mess? IF U USE THIS BUSINESS BEWARE!!!!!

PROS: they will get to ur house fast
CONS: they will leave u a mess that u will have to clean and bad service

We recently had their services performed on our lawn:
1. The employees did not speak one word of English. They did not know even basic vocabulary to do their job -- we told them we had marked the sprinklers and they just ran right over them with the machine, costing us about $25 in broken sprinkler heads. We even yelled "STOP!!!" and they just nodded at us.
2. They destroyed our back path, pulling the debris out of their machine and dumping it on our lawn. More money we had to pay out of pockets to repair their damage.
3. We stopped payment on the check (that cost us $13) and called customer service almost a dozen times without one call back.
4. Our bill went to collections, and an automated phone call arrives every single day at the same time.
5. We have secured an attorney and contacted the media -- there are more bad reviews on this company than on any other lawn service company yet their website still claims to have loyal customers? Who, their mothers???

Please send them a message and put them out of business - they do not deserve to remain at large!!

CONS: Unethical, unprofessional, criminal!!!

They cashed my check two weeks ago but I still get the
automated telephone voice demanding payment! Good luck getting through! I rue the day I ever had anything to do with them! I am incessantly bombarded with their messages on my e-mail and cell phone. I am following up with a complaint to the Denver BBB.

I've used this company for a 2 yrs. and have not had a problem until now....the job was not even 1/4 complete and I have tried 4 times to get this resolved. I've been connected 2 times w/Angela's voice mail, the person who handles the complaints, who has yet to return my calls. It's been almost 3 weeks since the job was done 3/17. I will be complaining to BBB and will be driving to place of business. I hope to get the job redone or my money back.

Did our lawn two years in a row and did the worst job ever - twice! Fool me twice, shame on me. Had to finally block their phone numbers since no one ever answers when I call back. Super convenient - they call you incessantly with the auto dialer, but when you call them they bury you in phone mail H*LL so that you can't talk to anyone. Plugs were a maximum of an inch to an inch and a half and they came out a few days after a week long rain! I finally complained to the Better Business Bureau. Be sure to look at the BBB site to see more complaints about their service.

CONS: Auto dialer, poor service, no answer when you call to complain

Mile Hi aeration signs are all over the metro area. Give them a call, they do a great job for a reasonable price. They also offer other yard services like winterization and fertilization. They are easy to work with and get to your house quickly. Some may not like their grassroots advertising - yard signs and recorded calls about being in your neighborhood - but they are actually great reminders that it's time for some maintenance.

PROS: Metro-area wide, market price, many services
CONS: Recorded phone calls, especially if you really hate telemarketing
