My mom and I went here recently after spending some time at the museum. The food was very good, the portions were generous but not unreasonable and the prices weren't bad either. The service was on the slow side, but to be fair I think

Food was average tasting, but cold. We asked them to go light on the OJ in the "bottomless mimosas' and they said they would have to charge an extra $4.00 for this feature. OK, fine, but as it turned out they still served us mostly

I saw the other 2 reviews and our experience at Palettes has been GREAT! Food and staff could not be better, and food shows great imagination and taste. We recommend highly!

What better name could there be for a restaurant at an art museum? Unfortunately, it is unusual for this attractive restaurant in a great setting to be full. The food and service are inconsistent, and the prices are too high. This place has a lot of potential, but to live up to it they will need a new mindset.

We hosted a private party here a few months ago and were very pleased with how things went. The food was fantastic and unique, the waitstaff and bartenders were so friendly, and the overall experience was wonderful. I haven't eaten there

This place offers some of the best food I've had in Denver, and all for a great price! Too bad they aren't open very often.

The Denver Art Museum needs to boot this restaurant out! It?s over-priced, the menu is tired, and the food is just not worth stopping in for. It?s sad because I love my trips to the DAM. It would be a dream to have a three to four star restaurant in the museum with food in all price categories, since all people who visit don?t want lobster. Not that you can get that at Pallets. The menu is pretentious and doesn?t live up to the foo-foo descriptions. I?ve ordered everything from the steak to the salmon and have never been impressed. This place takes all the fun out of dining out.. I would love to have a quality restaurant in the Civic Center area. Art and food go hand in hand, but don?t waste your time at Pallets. You will be let down.

Pros: Wait staff trys very hard.

Cons: Food is plastic tasting, menu is silly, not the most fun place to go after seeing a Picaso!
