Valley Nissan Financing originally signed an agreement to finance a new car. They have now called us back and told us we did not finance enough money "to be approved". The new proposal will add over $800.00 in financing charges to the loan. Upon contacting Nissan financing we were told that there is "no minimum to financing" Nissan financing told us we have to talk to the GM to resolve our complaint. Nissan Financing can not intervene on the consumers behalf. Do not finance a car with these guys, they are unscrupulous at best.
If this has happened to other folks you can file a complaint with the Colorado Department of Revenue Auto Industry Division.

After purchasing a "pre-certified" Subaru Impreza from this dealership, I received my car with coffee stains, chunks of food, dog hair, and wax all over the interior of the car. I was then told by the sales manager that he take care of it. He brought it back 15 min. later with dog hair and the same food and coffee stains throughout the interior of the car. The brakes on the car were squeaking and unbalanced and shook the car when used. The alignment of the car was also off. I was told these would all be fixed immediately. Three weeks and three phone calls later I was finally given an appointment only to have none of the problems rectified.
When I purchased the car, I paid an extra $400 to have some scratches buffed and a rust spot taken care of. When they returned the car to me the 2nd time, it appeared as though they had taken a magic marker and colored in the rust spot, which was totally a different color from the rest of the exterior. The scratches were also not buffed at all.
The sales manager assured me that after this second failed attempt at giving me the services I had paid extra for, he would personally handle any further issues with my vehicle. Three weeks later after not hearing from anyone at the dealership and driving around in a rental, I had to contact the sales manager to find out about the status of my car. He proceeded to lie right to my face about several issues that had still not been taken care of after more than 6 weeks of owning the car (coffee stains, dog hair, etc.)

These salesmen and managers have no concern for the way they treat their customers and will lie in order avoid responsibility for their mistakes. I would not recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from this dealership, much less even step foot on their property. Look at the other reviews. There is a pretty serious negative trend going on here!

I recently took my vehicle in and had several things replaced, such as the clutch, and some stuff dealing with the A/C. They did a great job on these items and got my car finished, although two days over due, not a big deal. The issues weren't actually with the work they charged me for, there were actually two things that kind of ticked me off. One, I went in with atleast a quarter tank of gas, that is minimalizing, and came out with my gas light on??? You guys couldn't have just filled her up after $2k worth of work? Two, and the thing that really got me mad, is that I have a cable that I can hook my iPod up to my stereo with, that for some reason doesn't work anymore. After a phone call the response given was that it must be something I have done to the stereo. NO in fact I was using on my way in, I always used it....always! You know if it wasn't for that I would probably go back to the service department, but the lack of customer service and the fact that they couldn't just open her up and see if it was something they could make a quick fix of, I highly doubt I will return. I 'm obviously the only one that thinks so, but they weren't all that bad my car runs well and seems like the work they did was needed, but the little things count. You obviously jacked up my cable just fix it it's like $100 bucks c'mon! The problem they have is that I'm also a Bartender in the area and my word of mouth doesn't just hit my neighbors and friends.

I am a woman that bought a 2006 Nissan Pathfinder from Valley Nissan. I paid $30,000, yes that's right. I could have bought a brand new one for that. I had never looked at Nissans and I liked it and I am used to Lexus prices so I didn't know any better. I now find out it is worth maybe $18,000. I later learned they made over $11,000 profit on me. I am a woman of retirement age. Stay away from the evil Valley Nissan

This has to break the record for the worst dealership in Colorado. I contacted the Internet department and then went in to look at a new Altima. They lied when they e-mailed me about the price and would not honor it. They said we have to say what we have to say to get you in or you won't come in. Come on this is a joke.

Both service and sales departments are rude and dishonest.

We went in to find a new vehicle for our family. We had already driven an Altima at another dealership and were sold on it, just needed to find the right one. We went to Valley and we were greeted right away. We drove one Altima and it was pretty much everything we ever wanted. The car had been brought in on a trade so it hadn't been inspected or detailed yet. We got some initial paperwork done but were unable to take the car home. Our salesperson said that he would give us a call the next day before 10am to let us know when we could pick up the car.

10am came and went, so I called him myself to find out that he had the day off. So he obviously never intended on helping us get our car. I spoke to the general sales manager. He was apologetic at first and said he that our car would be done by 5pm that day if he had to do it himself. He said he would call me to confirm a time so we can come in a get the paperwork finished.

5pm came and went. I called the general sales manager again and he was "out of the office for a long errand". I finally received a voice mail about 7pm that my car would not be complete until the next morning at 10am. That the car had gone through service and just needed to be detailed. To be there at 8am to finish paperwork.

The next morning, my husband and I arrived at 8am. We were greeted by our salesman who told us that our car was not going to be ready until the next day. I was furious. He told me that the car had not been through service and that we were going to have to wait. I told him that that was not going to work and I will sit in their waiting room until my car is finished. While service was finally getting everything rolling, we go to complete the paperwork. We were getting ready to sign all the paperwork when the finance manager says your payment is "****" Which was over $80 more the we were "quoted" 2 nights before. I told him no and since I was on edge already I think he got the point we were not going to be messed with. So we did end up getting the car for about $5k less then they were asking (as a result of their incompetence)

Recently we had to take our car into service because when we got tires put on the car the person broke our Smart Key. I set up THREE appts with service which they "forgot" about. The manager of service said "If we are so horrible, why did you purchase the car from us?"

This experience was horrible and I would not recommend them. They treat their customers like trash and should not be supported. Even though it is a longer drive we are going to Boulder Nissan from now on, hopefully we can have a better experience there.

Terrible.... I was in the market for a used Forester. The sales guys were incompotent and couldn't tell me any of the technical spec of the car. Only the sales pitch from the book. Pushy and generally worthless.

When closing the deal the sales guy didn't accept my first 2 times telling him no for the warranty. Then the dealership messed up the title... twice. I couldn't get plates for over 2 months. They then botched the warranty paperwork (after all that work to get me to buy it) and took several layer of management to admit the mistake. Even when they admitted it was their mistake the only apology was 'it's a big dealership and things like this happen'.

The car was only 4 years old with about 100k miles... Despite their repeated confirmation about the intense inspection process I had a CEL within 2 months of buying the car. Low compression in cylinder 1 that required close to 3k in repairs to machine the heads, replace the valves and a complete engine tear down.

The only good thing about the purchase or service ended up being the warranty they sold me that covered about 60% of the needed repairs.

I got an Internet quote from this dealer. It was a good price. Long story short, I arrived to purchase the vehicle and was sitting down with their "finance" guy when I learned that they wanted $2000 more than I had been quoted. They tried to slip it in non-chalantly, without telling me...just hoping I would miss the price change. I stopped the proceedings. They called the salesperson over. Played with the computer and lowered the price so that it was only $1100 over the quoted price. HA! They thought that because they had "lowered" the price on the paperwork that I would feel grateful. They kept saying that they couldn't loose money on the car. (If so, they shouldn't have quoted me that price.) So, I walked out. Called the owner the next week to give him a chance to explain. He supported his representatives poor business practices. Stay away from this dealer whatever you do. The same people own the Nissan dealership next door, so I expect the treatment will be the same there. Watch your step if you head this way at all. Unless of course you want to pay thousands more than you are quoted for a vehicle.
