Christopher's Dodge World is no place to buy a car

I started our buying a 2007 magnum for about $20,000. It had 17,000 miles on it. We owned it for 9 months before they finally bought it back. It was in the shop for numerous computer problems plus something. With the tranny. Put it like this, the car would move when it was in park! Well they did buy it back put me in a brand new $50,000 truck, how could I go wrong. Tell me why the same things that happened to the magnum are wrong with my trick. I got it November it has been in the shop for computer problems now it not shifting gears right it sounds like metal grinding when I shift gears.they say they can't find anything wrong with. its Ben to shop 4 times for just that. Oh I forgot my paint on bumper, well I have 3 spots the size of baseballs where the paint is peeled off to the fiberglass. I'm trying to get them to buy it back so I can go get a Chevy! I should've did that the first time around.

Christopher's Dodge World is dishonest, rude and could care less about you

We just recently purchased a van from Christopher Dodge we are very happy with the van but not with the service we have received from them after the purchase. The van started at over $18.000 and we thought we were getting this great deal because Derek Flynn told us he could give us $4,500 off and we thought wow that is great. So we went ahead with all of the paper work and he told us that his general manager told him he was the worst salesman ever because of the deal he was giving us. We were happy with the deal no complaints until I went home and looked on there website just to make sure we got the best van we could in our price range and guess what I find on there website is the exact van we purchased and the asking price was only $14,488 we paid $14,500 I know that isn't that much of a difference but the issue here is that #1 They never disclosed to us that it was on sale#2 We called them up just to see why it was advertised for that but we were never aware that it was on sale and they told us that we got a great deal and they did nothing wrong and that the van went on sale after we purchased it ( how is that possible).#3 The general manager was supposed to call us to figure this all out and 2 weeks later we still had heard nothing from him.#4 Finally Derek Flynn called us back but he was extremely rude and told us that we needed to bring the car back because he did not want that kind of publicity...NEWSFLASH....you created it.These people that work there just can't seem to get in there heads that it was wrong to not disclose that it was already on sale all we wanted was an apology for being lied to from the beginning and we can't even get that from them. They apparently feel that it is ok to lie about the pricing and make people feel like they are getting a great deal when in actuality what they are paying is the asking price.I would not recommend Christopher Dodge World to anyone unless you like being lied to and don't care how you are treated as a customer.

Christopher's Dodge World has not made a happy customer out of me

I purchased a vehicle at a decent price and had an average purchasing experience. Afterwards has been a nightmare! My paperwork was misplaced and was certified mailed. I called to make sure they got it, as I was very nervous spending about $30,000. After 7 messages, no call back! My husband finally went up there. We also had two service issues. The touchscreen radio needed to be replaced, and I have not heard back on either service ticket after 1 month. Checking into the radio they "forgot to get the part numbers to order it". However no one ever called to notify me. Regarding the other service ticket, I've left 5 messages so far and started 13 days ago. Still no call back. Although I did leave a message for the floor manager, general manager, service manager, detail, and finance manager. I would not recommend this dealership.

Christopher's Dodge World SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!

In short, I'm a Canadian, and in Canada we do not use vehicle titles, so I was unfamiliar with the title system in the U.S. My salesman at Christopher's Dodge World told me that I would not get my original title until about 3 weeks after the sale. I told him that I needed the orginal title to export the vehicle through U.S. Customs and he said that no, the copy he was going to give me would be fine. Of course it wasn't, I had to back track to Great Falls, get a room and stay the night, pick up the title from the FedEx depot and go back to the border the next day. A manager from the dealership said that my expenses would be covered, which totaled over $300 for a hotel room, diesel fuel, meals, and long distance cell phone calls to the dealership. Two weeks later I recieved a check for $80 and when I called to complain about this, the owner, Chris Hall phoned me back to tell me that he feels that I have been compensated appropriately. When I started to question this he said, and I quote Dean, you told me your story yesterday, I dont need to hear it again, and quite frankly it would be a waste of your time and mine. Thank you and good day.

I got a car I love at a great price - they worked hard for my business and stuck to the deal after I took a couple of days to decide. I have never had an easier time in finance - in and out in 15 minutes. This is my 2nd vehicle from them and they get better all the time. Ask for Alex - he'll treat you right.

A good place both for buying and fixing your car

We've bought 4 cars through Christopher Dodge over the past 20 years, and they're great! Firstly, if they don't have what you want, they won't try to foist off a different car (or the right cars with a really expensive package) on you. Additionally, we take all three of our current cars in for service at this dealership, and they will keep fixing it until they'll sure the problem is solved. Overall, I would definately reccomend this place to anyone, especially those driving a chrystler or dodge.

Exceptionally Poor Service

Much to my surprise, this dealership did not want to sell me a car. In this dismal pit that they call a dealership, my questions were met with shrugs and they went so far as to refuse to start a vehicle that I was interested in unless I purchased the vehicle first. I don't know about you, but I don't make it a habit to buy anything without fully investigating it. Unfortunately, this dealership disagrees with the idea that the customer deserves respect and consideration in exchange for our hard-earned money.

I wouldn't buy from this dealership under any circumstances and neither should you.

Pros: Not a single one.

Cons: Everything about it.

AVOID SERVICE DEPT!

One of our vans, (with 46,131 miles ) blew a Harmonic Dampener in the engine causing damage to other components. Our "service adivsor" was blunt and unconcerned with our concerns. He told us that it would not be covered under warranty. The Service "Manager" likewise was unconcerned. We called Daimler Chrysler directly for help and when they called Christopher Dodge to confirm our story, the service "Manager" and "adviser" advised Chrysler NOT TO HELP US!

Pros: They are in the US

Cons: They do not care about customers

The most dishonest dealersip ever

I have found the perfect car on line for my son. The listed price was $ 6980. I went in, test drive the vehicle , loved it. We have decided to make the purchase, however all of a sudden the price was doubled to over $ 13,000. When I have informed the sales manager, he got rude and laughed at me , that if that is the price he will buy the car himself. After he went on their official web site and realized , that is indeed the price listed, he then informed me they made a mistake, Right !! They have offered me a "great " deal at $ 8,999. I really don't care who screwed up, they should have honored their own mess. Instead they were rude, wasted my time and ruined my plans for my son's graduation gift. I'll make sure I'll never buy a car from such a dishonest and disreputable "company".
