I love the location of this place because you can go there at any hour and its super conveinent to everyone because its near hampden and the highway so you can go there and work out on the way to work or school or on the way home!!!

I like the location because it is close to where I live and because it is close to Whole Foods! They could improve if they would play less rap or have 'rap-free' workout times.

This place is so busy somtimes its hard to get the machines youn want to use. I also do not care for the huge windows. Passerbys somtimes stand there and watch me work out.
