Thier food is great. The kids love to eat here, however the only reason I took away a star is because when they are very busy they don't keep up with the food and half of what you want to eat is cooking not out. But other than that we love

I am a server at Cinzzetti's, and it is the absolute WORST place I've ever worked! The guests and job are great, but it's the management that makes it so loathsome. They treat their employees like slaves in a sweat shop. They handle their employees the way that they do, because they know we won't quit. We can't go anywhere else and make the money that we make. In most restaurants, severs have only a few tables in their section; we get at least six tables in our section.

Every night, we spend at least 2-3 hours doing extra side work--this is AFTER the restaurant is closed. In those hours (while getting paid $4 something an hour), we're forced to not only scrub stations and roll hundreds of silverware, but we have to sort all of our own silverware through disgusting bus tubs full of wasted food and dirty dishes. Furthermore, they make us clean stations that have nothing to do with servers, like the ice cream station, soup station, and glass. And when the V.P. comes in, it's worse; we are ordered to scrub walls and paint doors until sometimes 1:00 or 2:00 in the morning.

Not only do we have to do degrading side work, but we deal with constant patronizing and favoritism on a daily basis. The manager who constantly belittles her employees is, Stephanie Willis. She talks down to the employees she doesn't like, and gossips about those people to the ones she does like. She is the most unprofessional manager I've ever worked for. The only thing that keeps me going, is knowing that she'll get her karma one day.

I don't normally do buffets but I think that Cinzzettis food is turned over quickly and you can always get fresh. It's very good food but I always eat too much!

This is such a cool place to eat! I had family in from germany and we all went to eat here and they loved it! My family and I have been eating here for years! I love the variety, but my favorite part has to be the ice cream bar! The service could be better, but the food is so delicious! Also, try the crepes, they are very very fresh and so yummy!

What I have read and heard about Cinzzetti's was that it's expensive, but I though 13.99 for dinner was very reasonable for good food.

All the food was good. I am certainly a person who likes meat, but the vegetables were amazing. I had their fried Zucchini, which was excellent. It was fried perfectly not greasy at all. I eat broccoli every once in a while, but if I could have this broccoli prepared for me, I would eat it everyday. The broccoli was a dark green as if it was steamed, and smothered with butter and garlic. The carrots were delicious also. I believe they were cooked with honey. Most of the vegetables weren't very healthy, but the Grilled Vegetables seemed very healthy and were very good.

I can not remember the names of the pastas, but all of them (about 6 different dishes) were all cooked perfectly. The meatball were very good with the spaghetti.

While writing this review, I can't remember too many meat dishes, which is odd since I'm a meat person. They did have 3 chicken entrees and they were all good.

I didn't any of the pizza, but if you have kids the pizza would be a good option.

We also purchased a bottle of wine. I believe it was Yellow Tail and cost about $16.

The experience was very good and I believe the prices were more then reasonable for the quality of food. The quality is not up there with Maggiano's, but neither was the price.

This is an incredible buffet experience for brunch, lunch, or dinner (I've tried them all!). One advantage of going for dinner instead of lunch is the peel and eat shrimp bowl. No matter what time of day you get desert tables, try the cannolis. From kid friendly pizza and spaghetti to the sausage and peppers and Tuscan broiled chicken there is something for everybody. Make reservations or get there early before the crowd arrives.

This place has a fantastic selection. The food is of excellent quality too. I agree with the earlier recommendation that on your first trip up to the food, just put a bite of everything on your plate to see what you like, then go back for your favorites on your next trip up. The only downside I experienced is that it was like pulling teeth to try to get a waiter to refill drink orders, which is something I experienced both times that I've eaten at this place. For some reason they seem to think people just don't get thirsty while eating.

Cons: Poor service in keeping drinks filled during the meal

When you think of buffets, you usually think of sneeze guards, bowls of less-than fresh and substandard food surrounded by ice, and a drab, not-so-romantic cafeteria style of atmosphere. Cinzettis will change that view. This is not your standard buffet. The quality of the food is excellent. There are various food stations from pasta, pizza, soups, potatoes, meats, etc and all the foods are made right there with fresh ingredients. Most of the food is the same quality, if not better than what you would get at say, the Olive Garden or the Macaroni Grill; only here you can sample a little bit of everything. Make sure you save room for dessert because their dessert station is just amazing with items like creme brulee, bread pudding, cream puffs, fruit torts, chocolate covered strawberries, and a lot more. Not only is the food great, but the atmosphere is very cozy and romantic as well. This is a great casual place to go for a nice date-night or a great place to go as a family.

Pros: Great variety and quality of food, and wonderful atmosphere.

Cons: Does not take call ahead seating so the wait is usually pretty long every time we go.

From the moment of walking in the door the resturant has a warm inviting, yet romantic feel. The service prior to being seated is fantatic, providing any services that guests needed. Once seated the experiece gets even better with a wait staff that works extreamly hard to provide anything for guests. The food itself is fantastic, and with such a varity very difficult to choose from. The selection provides something for everyone. This is by far one of the best restaurants in the area!

The quality of food at Cinzetti's is fine, but it's more the experience and choices you go there for. You can find better red sauce and pizza at other chain Italian places. Cinzetti's is all about all-you-can-eat. There are pasta stations, pizza stations, salad bars, and dessert bars. It all makes for a satisfactory meal, but it's not the type of place you'll go back to too often.

I normally hate buffets but you can tell that this "market style" restaurant is different. Instead of huge vats of food that you know has been sitting there for an hour or more, the portions are made smaller so they have to be refilled quite often. The food was always fresh and hot. The dessert buffet is to die for -- after over-eating on the pasta and other dishes, I still couldn't resist the lava cake. You're definitely getting your money's worth here.

Cinzzettis is all about atmosphere and good food. When you eat here you feel like you are right there in Italy. They have good food served in a buffet style. There are many choices and they are all good. It's very easy to over eat here with so many things to choose from. Their desserts are out of this world. My kids love the full service ice cream bar they have. They are a little on the expensive side, but not unreasonably so. Eating here is money well spent. I fully recommend this great Italian dinning experience.

While it's nice to have so much food to eat (and a huge selection), our waiter was terrible. We had to ask him 2x for our bill. Additionally, even though we only had 4 people at our table, he added 15% automatically to the bill. Not cool.
The food is just ok - the desserts were the best tasting part.

I've tried going there for my birthday 3 times and there have been things stopping me from doing it but I've gone there many times and it's great. The crepes are wonderful, as with the italian sodas, pastas, pizzas, and soups. A++!

This Buffet is out of this world. You couldn't ask for anything else. The food is excelent, the atmosphere is great. They have all the itialian food you could think of eating. They serve calamari, seafood, chicken, fried fish, many many different kinds of pasta. And the dessert corner is YUMMMY. It is great place for families and big groups. There is no one else in town like them. And once you have eaten there you will wish they had more in town. They are a little expensive but for the type of food that you get it is well worth it.

I had a surprise party at Cinzzetti's for my wife's birthday. As always the food was excellent. I'm not a fan of most Italian restaurants, but Cinzzetti's is different because the selection is so varied - not just tomato sauce and pasta. The service was excellent and the ambiance is very nice. I would recommend it to anyone!

This is a great place to really have a great dinner. I've never waited too long and the buffet style allows us to eat as soon as we are seated. The food is awesome and the deserts are great too! Go on Friday and Saturday for the shrimp bar!

What a pleasure Cinzzetti's is to dine. We have been there with very large groups, as well as an intimate evening together and always enjoy ourselves. The wine menu is small but very good for what is offered at a price that won't give you shock. (Merlot $17). The first time there, try only a few bites of everything you are interested in, you'll have a blast. We are not big eaters, but the variety is unbelievable and tastes as good as you'll find in your local Italian restaurant (many things better).... One Tip - don't sit around the buffet area.
