I called the Excel Motorcycle & Watercraft business and was told to bring in my watercraft for service. When I arrived at the business I was told that they would not service my Yamaha waverunner even though they are an authorized Yamaha repair facility. I was not treated very well by the service staff and when I called to talk to the manager of the office, he hung up the phone on me. I would not recommend using this organization to do business, unless you lilke to be treated badly!

i went to excel because i wanted a scooter. i walked into the showroom, and immediately was overwhelmed by the various "toys" i saw. everything from motorcyles to "crotch rockets". i'm not knowledgeable, so it all looked like a bunch of junk to me. i wasn't approached by a sales person right away, which was fine by me, because there's nothing more annoying than being bombarded. i ended up filling out a credit application, to which the business manager told me i should hear from them in a few days. well, a few days passed, and still no word. i kept calling them, but was given the run around. i did put some cash down along with my application, so i kinda wanted to get a straight answer. i didn't feel taken care of at all. now, i've been to car dealerships and know how the whole process works. that doesn't make it right, and i still felt like my business didn't matter. after a few weeks, i ended up calling their corporate number. i finally got my down payment back in the form of a check sent to me in the mail.

PROS: a lot of bikes to choose from
CONS: poor customer service
