DO NOT USE THIS FLOWER SHOP! I have used The Little Flower Market on two occasions. I chose the business because of the overall online ratings. The first time I used them was for a relatives 80th birthday (a very special day indeed)! The second time I used The Little Flower Market only a few weeks later, when my beloved relative passed away. I had not received any real feedback on the flowers from my first use but felt confident they would do a beautiful job. I was very specific on the flowers I wished to be in the arrangement but advised there could be some creativity on part of the designer. I paid $80.00 dollars ($15.00 delivery and $75.00 for the flowers). I had researched flowers online to determine what I wanted and what an appropriate budget would be for what I wished to have made. I found that many beautiful bouquets online with my specifications well within the stated budget. I requested an arrangement with hydrangea, pink roses, oriental lilies snapdragons, greens and filler. I requested it to be elegant, full and lovely. What I received was a very sad bouquet of 3 pink roses, 4 closed lilie buds, and tiny daisy's all truly slapped together in an uneven and sloppy bouquet. It looked nothing like a $75.00 bouquet. Worst of all it was delivered only 2 minutes prior to the start of the memorial service. I had placed two calls to The Little Flower Market and stressed the importance of it being there well prior to the start time and discussed the product I wished to receive on both occasions. I was assured that with my budget there and there would be no issue in providing a beautiful bouquet as I desired. I felt reassured the Flower Market would deliver on time a bouquet that they and myself would be proud of. You cannot imagine my shock when the bouquet was delivered at 2 minutes to the start of the memorial service and it looked like a $10.00 bouquet I could have purchased at the local grocery store (actually worse). I have not so much as received an apology from the owner of the store for the mishap despite being told they would be in touch with me to correct the problem. I would NEVER trust this shop again for ANY reason most certainly not a special or important one, but then aren't all occasions where flowers are given a special and important events!

My boyfriend sent me an arrangement with 3 red roses, one for each year we've been together. It was Valentine's day and I realize it is probably their busiest day...but....The roses were in an arrangement of wilted lilly buds and dry foilage. The roses were already wide open and drooping. One stem of foilage had tiny little berries? and large drooped leaves. The vase was small and stuck into a cardboard box to keep it steady. Some of the foilage stems were not even in the vase but were stuck between the box and the vase. I had to throw it all away on the 16th because it was making a mess. This is not the place I would suggest using if you want to make an impression on someone.

The minute I walked into The Little Flower Market, I knew I was in for a treat. Immediately overtaken by the incredible smell of the open air market flowers surrounding you, then the joyful and welcoming staff made me feel right at home. I could stay at this place for hours, no wonder those gals like their job so much. The product that I take home on a consistent basis lasts for a good time and is well worth the price I pay. I highly recommend them to anyone for any occasion, wedding, funerals, anniversary, birthday, or just because you want a flower for yourself. Enjoy, its an oasis.
