Shysters. Work without permits. Permits they do take out are under false names. Falsify estimates. Threaten you even. Their contract stipulates that they have power of attorney to sign your insurance check. They will even go through your mail to see if the check is there. Falsify insurance estimates, don't do the work - and then make off with the excess. Thousands$$$ And get away with it. These guys are criminals. Weasels and Wolves. Predatory. Food chain: Single moms. Young couples. The elderly. The Disaster-Stricken.
Their preferred line to the sucker? "We just want you to be happy!"
