I haven't purchased a new pair of glasses in a good long time, so when I inadvertently scratched one of my lenses thoroughly, I thought it was a sign from the vision gods (or demons). I can't say enough good things about the staff at the Twin Peaks Lenscrafters. Even though I came in exclusively with the intention of learning more about the sort of glasses I should purchase (I try to make them last a good long time), they were more than happy to put as many frames on my face as it took for both me and them to be satisfied. They offered to hold the pair we eventually settled on until I could afford to come back for a new eye exam (and, let me say, the optometrist is equally excellent. Very personable, not harried or pushy at all, very willing to answer any questions I had, no matter how far out of left field they came). It didn't take them long at all, once I had my prescription form filled out, to make my lenses, and after a quick check to make sure they lived up to my hopes, I've been on my way and seeing better ever since. While I hope I don't need a new pair of glasses for a long time, if I'm still in the area, I'll happily return to the Twin Peaks Lenscrafters!

Two years ago I did the eye exam plus bought contacts and lenses from Lenscrafters in the Twin Peaks Mall in Longmont. Just under 12 months later, my lenses got hairline cracks all along the top. When I brought them in the salesperson said "Oh yes, we're seen this before, we don't know why this happens, but we'll replace the lenses, no charge". That was great. BUT, about 12 months later it happened again. This time when I went in they didn't seem in the least bit interested, and offered me a "deal" - as long as I paid for a new prescription, they'd "give" me 50% off the lense replacement. What a joke! That's the same "deal" they were offering everyone who walked in the store.
I will never purchase anything from Lenscrafters again.
