I will never go back to DJ's music box, ever again. The staff is very unfriendly. They always seem to be busy and they never help me find anything I need help finding.

This is a great place to go when you need any kind of music or anything for an instrument. The staff is very polite and helpful. They can fix your broken instrument and teach you how to play. A great place to go for your musical needs.

I love this store, the entire staff is extremely helpful and friendly and there is a wide variety of music available. If they do not have what you are looking for, they will order it for you. Their collection of music boxes is also extensive. Whatever you are looking for, this store will try and help you find it.

I'd been going to Music Box for 3 years, although I'd never felt welcomed in the store. But, they are open on Sundays. On my last visit there, the staff member was very very very rude. I'd never been treated in that awful and disrespectful way. There is no sense of customer service. Obviously, they lost more than one customer for this bad experience.
Pros: open on Sundays
Cons: bad customer service
