Before I moved to Canon City in June 08, I??ve been living in Missouri, Nebraska, and Kansas all my life. During the past nine years, my grandfather and grandmother have been living in Canon City. Over the course of time, my grandfathers car needed tune ups, quick fixes, and major repairs. Whether it??s a flat tire, or a faulty mechanical device, he has relied on the support and profession of Buddy Ray??s Autocare. ??If you ever have any tire, engine, or any type of problems, you should always try Buddy Ray??s first,? he said. Having a lot of trust in my grandfather??s word, I tried Buddy Ray??s.

One of the first mechanics I met was Tim. Very welcoming, honest, and helpful. He stepped outside the shop and checked out my problematic truck. My truck??s Leaf Springs were completely rusted through, was missing two springs on each side that originally had four, and the back end was squatting like a ??Low-Rider?? you??d see in a tricked out car. Unfortunately, my truck wasn??t tricked out; more like old `n` busted.

Tim was very straight with me, ??The condition of these springs worry me,? he said. He also added that he thought they could give out at any time and my truck would be sitting on my tires, literally. He gave me an estimate of the price, then turned over the keys Wednesday night (a few minutes before closing). I received my truck back in great condition on Tuesday of the following week. During this time period, I popped my head into the shop twice, just to see how things were going. Everything was on schedule.

Tim??s estimate on the price (400, give or take 50) was dead on. Total cost: $438.02. Installed used springs (in good condition), new heavy-duty bolts, and had less hours of labor that what I had feared. Might I add that Buddy Ray??s Autocare labor was only $70 / hour. If I am not mistaken, they are the lowest in Canon City, (correct me if I am wrong).

When I picked up my keys, Tim took his time and explained in pinpoint detail what could happen if my tires weren??t aligned properly with this new fix to the back-end.

Buddy Ray??s Autocare definitely surpassed my expectations. I HIGHLY recommend that you check out Buddy Ray??s Autocare first, when it comes to trusting your vehicle with any mechanic. I am 100% satisfied.

***Special thanks to Scott, Tim, and the rest of the Crew for such a JOB-WELL-DONE!
