I adore Santiago's! The food is delicious! The only thing I worry about is the people working behind the counter. Sometimes I worry it is a little dirty behind the counter. But I still love their food!

My boss calls me on my way in to work regularly to make sure I bring in Santiago's breakfast burritos. We usually get them smothered with half and half green chile (meaning half as hot). If I'm ever running late all I have to do is pick up Santiago's and I stay out of trouble.

I grew up in Brighton Colorado where the first Santiago's opened. My family and I absoutly fell in love the first time we went, and i have been a frequent customer ever since. I can only handle the "hot" green chille once and a while, my recomendation is the 1/2 and 1/2. But be careful, because this still has a lot of zing. Try the indian taco and stuffed sopapia's for something extra special, and you won't find a better deluxe burrito, enchilada, taco's, or any other traditional favortie. Get ready for a treat for all of the senses!
