One of the biggest computer/electronics stores in the state. They have everything you could possibly need. Excellent customer support. Only about 12 stores across the country.

I love shopping at this place, they have everything i'm ever looking for. Whenever i have money i go across the street to buy a new game for my xbox. This a good place to shop for electronics!

I go to school out of state and purchased a laptop and full protection plan over a year ago. The sales staff assured me that the service was prompt and professional. When I was in town, I took my laptop in to be fixed for a problem with a jack. The staff did call me within 24 hrs, however my experience went downhill from there. They promised to ship my laptop out to the repair center within a business day. It took them over a week and a half; and when I called in, they had lost my information and my address. It was in the repair center for the amount of time they promised. However, by this time I was back out of state and they promised to ship it to me, since it was their error. Instead, it sat in the store for over two weeks. I repeatedly called them every day, only to get rude salesmen, snappy responses, no apologies, and I was on hold for over half an hour every time.. They lost my address and I had to give it to them 3 times. When I finally spoke to a manager, he promised to have it sent overnight (once again, no apologies and very rude). TWO DAYS LATER, I received my laptop, but they didn't ship everything with it. I called in, and they had no record of the parts still in their repair center. I finally had someone go pick it up for me at the store, and it took them an excessively long time to find it. Disappointing service, rude salesmen, and they have absolutely lost my business and the business of everyone I know. The store itself is overpriced (although some sales items might be worth your time). Do not give them your business unless you are prepared for an overwhelmingly disappointing experience.

This is a computer "grocery store." If you can't find it at some other store you can probably find it here. Like any computer related purchase shop around for prices since they don't always have the lowest price but they do have a wide selection.
