Very poor customer service. I was about to make a $750 eyewear purchase and am so thankful I did not. When I requested information regarding the style name of the frames I was interested in, they refused to give it to me. If Classic Creations Eyewear offers competitive prices on designer eyewear, why withhold product information? I was told it was because of the "internet problem" which is simply false as Oliver Peoples does not sell their optical frames online. They most certainly do not know how to cater to the high-end clientele they attempt to serve. Perhaps if they offered friendly service and aimed to create raving fans, not simply moderately satisfied customers, they would not be concerned with losing business to other eyewear boutiques. I will forever take my expensive taste and business elsewhere. How can any business in this struggling economy afford to treat their customers so poorly?

I recently purchased a pair of eyeglasses here and will never go back again. I did not know anything about this business but wandered in while shopping at the mall. After purchasing, I found out that my eyeglasses were too tight. They basically have a "no return" policy and the owner was even called and said that he/she could do nothing for me. In other words, once they get your money, they keep it and don't care if you were a satisfied customer at all. I noticed that there are never any other customers when I am in there and, given their attitude, they should go out of business. There are many other eyeglass boutiques which are much better in Denver with better selection and better service.

I purchased a pair of Oliver Peoples sunglasses there and then misplaced them. I thought that they were gone forever and so purchased another pair from them so I spent almost $700.00 there. Unexpectedly I found my first pair a week later and tried to return the second undamaged pair. They would not let me return them and were really quite rude about it. They do not know how to cater to a higher class clientele. They would rather keep my $350.00 than to keep a customer. You are much better off going to any other department store, Saks, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom's to pay full price for designer frames. As many know, Nordstrom's is extremely ingratiating with their return policy. I just left quietly without saying anything but have not and will never return. You can get better prices off the internet now anyway.
