I took my wedding dress to this tailor and I was impressed with the quality of the work. I had 10 days for my wedding but the tailor altered my dress and it was ready next day.

I brought into Express Tailoring a formal dress to be hemmed. It cost me $50.00 to do a simple straight (no curves or beading involved) hem job. The gal who took my order and did the hemming...did a horrible job of the hem. The hem was cut VERY jagged and uneven...and hemmed on a sewing machine. The hem/thread was VERY obvious on the right side of view! The lining was hemmed so high up that when walking in front of the shop's windows...I could see the outline of the jagged hem while I was trying on the dress to check the length in the mirror. I commented that I was not satisfied with the hem at all and she only offered to redo the lining's hem. I AGAIN had to go back to the shop to try on/pick up the dress a second time. The lining was hemmed OK...but nothing was done with the dress' main hem..it still was jagged and the thread was still VERY obvious on the right side. Also....this business has a automated message on it and you can not speak to a human being at all on the phone to get information.

I will NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN. My teenage daughter could've hemmed my dress better than they did...and it would've looked more professional than what Express Tailoring did!

Found this tailor in the phone book and was pleased with the results. My clothes were done within a day and it only cost $10 (hemming a pair of men's dress pants). The woman working there was nice although she didn't really speak English, and she seemed to know what she was doing. I would go here again - a good experience.

I was very satisfied with this business. I brought pants I was going to use for several interviews to be hemmed. The woman there was very nice, and seemed to know what she was doing. It was only $10 for hemming a pair of woman's pants, and it only took 2 days. I was very satisfied with the result and would go back there again.
