Devil in the details! One key only!
by Dan P.
Devil in the details! Bought a used 2009 Nissan Versa. Came with only one key. Not mentioned by the salesman at the time of purchase . Found out would have to purchase another key which is available only from the Dealer for about $100. ( I checked locksmiths) Asked salesman for another key, told used cars only come with one key and after he "talked to his boss" said he couldn't help because his boss said they "lost money on the deal". Wouldn't even negotiate on a discount price. My fault I didn't ask about 2 keys! I'll be writing Nissan about this matter.

I have always had issues with Larry MIller dealerships.
by mike m.
I have alwasy had problems dealing with any of the Larry Miller dealerships. In Utah we had issues with the landcar warranty, issues getting things taken care of and where we could. We were told by our selling agent that we could have our car serviced in Ogden, but when issues started arising we were told we could only have it serviced in Salt Lake City, an hour away. Ridiculous. Larry Miller Nissan in Englewood has made me want to get my XTERRA serviced elsewhere, eventhough they are the closest authorized dealer. Put it this way, I had my car serviced, they told me I had a front driving light out, I know that this is nearly impossible to replace at home, I had them replace it. When I got home I noticed the light was still out so I called. The service tech tells me, yeah we replaced it and there was a short in the line. They didn't call to tell me they just charged me to replace a light that probably didn't need to be changed, just the short fixed. Ridiculous. This was only the smallest issue. These guys suck, go buy your nissan somewhere else.

DONT LEAVE THE LOT UNLESS YOU ARE 100% SURE YOU ARE APPROVED!!
by Liz B.
Don't leave the car lot of Larry Miller Nissan unless you are completely sure your loan is approved. We went in on Dec 15, 2008, and worked with Josh and Ruben of their 2ndchance program which at first was really nice. During the signing of the papers they had us sign an agreement that if we had to bring the truck back for any reason we would pay so much a day until we brought it back. (ex: if we had to work and couldn't bring it in until say 2 or 3 days later.) That part was fine except we asked them WHY we would have to bring it back, they said if our loan wasn't ok or say our down payment didnt clear, Ruben just mumbled "oh that never happens" he said everything was ok. Well it was about two weeks later they called and said we needed to talk to the bank because they wouldn't approve the loan until we disccused some issues. (I thought the loan was OK!!!) Well it took a couple of days of playing phone tag with the bank and we gave the bank the information they needed and the next day Dec 30, Ruben called and said the bank said they would not approve the loan and to bring the truck back. My husband told them I was at work with the truck (it was later in the afternoon and I work until 10:30pm) and he would bring it back the next day after he got off work, he took it back on Dec 31, 2008 at 4;30pm. When my husband asked about our $500 down payment they said they had already cashed it and they would send us a check and they would shred the other check we had given them for insurance. A week goes by no check so my husband calls them and he got the "I have to talk to the manager" speech. It took several days of calling back before he was able to speak to Josh who then said we were not getting any of our $500 downpayment back, they were keeping the $270 for insurance and the rest was payment to them because we signed that paper that said we would pay extra per day we didnt take it back. THE TRUCK WAS RETURNED THE VERY DAY AFTER WE WERE TOLD TO BRING IT BACK. So now we are out $500 that we could have used to try to buy a vehicle somewhere else. So lesson here don't leave Larry Miller Nissan without knowing your loan is completely 100% approved.

If you own a Nissan you don't have many places to go to have it maintained or repaired in the Denver area but I like the guys a LMN. They've been honest and they've always repaired my cars right the 1 st time. It's always more expensive to go to a dealership but I like knowing that they know my car inside and out. I feel it's more reliable that way.

I had gone to St John Nissan for replacing some parts. The staffs here are friendly and knowledgeable. They get the service done right and quickly. They are very courteous and they answered all my queries with patience. I am satisfied with the service that this dealership has provided me. One advantage is that this dealer is open on Saturday and this suits me a lot.

St John Nissan is a good dealer in my opinion. The people are friendly and knowledgeable here. They get the service done right and quickly. I had gone to them mainly for service and for buying parts and they were easy to deal with. They did a good job of answering any questions that I had regarding my car. They are very courteous over the phone also and they answered all my queries with patience. I am satisfied with the service that this dealership has provided me.
