Fast-N-Friendly Food Marts Inc

I have been a customer at Fast -N- Friendly since they opened. I choose to go here for their great gas prices, and not to mention they are family owned and operated. I have seen the owner in the store in many occasions and even doing store and pump maintenance himself. His daughter, Heather, works inside the store and even stands behind the cash register. She is the nicest person and always has a smile on her face. I make a point to fill my tank on the days that she is there. I will gladly support this family operation any day, compared to the large corporate chain!

I've been a customer of color (Black) at the Fast N Friendly Food Mart for over 6 yrs now. Everytime I come by the station to do business your (don't know her name) Australian Clerk is usually the one that waits on me. She is very kind, respectful, and knowledgeable about the business at hand.

Once I had a problem that she helped me with. I needed to send flowers to Australia and could not find the correct way to dial into that country. She took the information I gave her and came back the next day with the answer I needed to solve my problem.

You have a great employee on your hands, so please give her koodoos for me for a JOB WELL DONE.

PS: The family that owns this business are a great bunch of people also. I love to shop at your store.

I have been using the Fast N Friendly for over 7 years now and have been quite happy with the service and people that work there, UNTIL TODAY! The man at the register, who must be new because I have never saw him before was incredibly RUDE. He his a Hispanic man, who is bilingual.
Worse, he was only RUDE to customers who were Caucasian including myself! The first Caucasian customer, a very elderly man, came in to make sure the gas pump was working. The man at the register seemed so bothered by him and made faces showing his disgust at such a simple question. My experience was no better. I asked for cigarettes and when the man pointed to the wrong ones and I corrected him, he seem to go off the deep end! He slammed down my credit card, when I handed it to him. He didn't even give me my receipt, I had to pull it off the register myself. I understand that the area we live in has a high speaking Spanish community and having a bilingual person working there is a plus but I KNOW there are many bilingual people looking for jobs who will be professional and kind to ALL ethnicities!
